 IS 17 FT. (NOT 17.7 FT. AS NOTED IN THE WAIVER CHART).
 THEREFORE, THE WAIVER REQUESTED IS 66.6 FT. PLEASE
 ADDRESS FOR CONSISTENCY.
  
 2.) THE CALCULATED REQUIRED REAR SETBACK FOR THE
 CORDOVA BUILDING IS 69.4 FT. (NOT 69.2 FT.). THEREFORE,
 THE WAIVER REQUESTED IS 44.4 FT. (NOT 44.2 FT.). PLEASE
 ADDRESS FOR CONSISTENCY.
  
 3.) PLEASE PROVIDE CLARIFICATION FOR THE FOLLOWING AS
 IT WILL IMPACT THE REQUESTED WAIVERS FOR IMPERMEABLE
 SURFACE AND PERVIOUS SURFACE AREA: PER THE ZLDRS
 MAXIMUM IMPERMEABLE SURFACE REQUIREMENT IS 60% AND
 MINIMUM LANDSCAPE AREA REQUIREMENT IS 15% (TOTAL OF
 100%). THE PROJECT IS PROPOSING 97% IMPERMEABLE SURFACE
 AND 10% LANDSCAPE AREA (TOTAL 107%). PLEASE EXPLAIN THE
 CALCULATIONS, AS THE IMPERMEABLE AND PERVIOUS AREA
 REQUIREMENTS SHOULD ADD UP TO 100%). THIS MAY ALSO
 IMPACT THE SITE DATA CALCULATIONS.
  
 4.) NEED CLARIFICATION ON WAIVER #11 IN THE WAIVER
 CHART, AS THIS WAIVER SEEMS TO REFERENCE SIGNAGE
 REQUIREMENTS IN AN RPD (THE PROPOSED PROJECT IS A CPD).
  
 5.) CLARIFICATION/ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS NEEDED ON
 THE PROPOSED SIGN PROGRAM ON SHEET SP-2. IT IS NOT
 CLEAR IF THE SIGNAGE IS SUPPOSED TO BE CONSISTENT WITH
 THE SIGN REQUIREMENTS OF THE GC ZONING DISTRICT AND/OR
 IF THE SIGN PROGRAM REQUIRES WAIVER(S). THERE SEEMS TO
 BE A LOT OF WALL SIGNAGE PROPOSED. THERE NEEDS TO BE
 CLARIFICATION IF THE INTENT IS ONE WALL SIGN PER TENANT
 OR IF THERE ARE EXCEPTIONS FOR MULTIPLE SIGNS PER
 TENANT.
  
 6.) CORRECTION NEEDS TO BE MADE TO CLEARLY DISTINGUISH
 FAR/NON-FAR SPACE ADJACENT TO THE ELEVATOR, LOBBY AND
 RETAIL SPACE OF THE CORDOVA BUILDING ON SHEET A-1.01.
 ADJUST FAR/NON-FAR CALCULATIONS IF NECESSARY.
  
 7.) CORRECTION NEEDS TO BE MADE TO CLEARLY DISTINGUISH
 FAR/NON-FAR SPACE IN THE CORDOVA BUILDING ON SHEET
 A-1.04. PER THE ZLDR S.94-145(11), THE FLOOR AREA SHALL
 BE MEASURED FROM THE OUTSIDE FACE OF THE EXTERIOR WALL,
 WHICH MEANS THE WALLS SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE FAR
 CALCULATIONS. ADJUST FAR/NON-FAR CALCULATIONS IF
 NECESSARY.
  
 8.) ON SHEET A-3.01: WHAT ARE THE SETBACKS FOR THE
 UPPER TIERED LEVELS OF THE FLAMINGO AND CORDOVA
 BUILDINGS FACING THE SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL? THE
 SETBACK DIMENSION WILL HELP STAFF WITH THE PROJECT
 ANALYSIS.
  
 9.) PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL LIGHT POLE FIXTURES ARE
 SETBACK AT LEAST 5 FT. FROM THE PROPERTY LINES. INCLUDE
 DIMENSIONS TO DEMONSTRATE CONSISTENCY WITH THE ZLDRS.
 [NOTE: STAFF CANNOT DETERMINE IF THE POLE FIXTURES SITE
 INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF THE REQUIRED 5 FT. SETBACK. THIS
 WAS A MISSED COMMENT BY STAFF ON THE PREVIOUS REVIEW.]
