 FT. (NOT 71.8 FT.) AS NOTED IN THE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS.
 THE HEIGHT AND SETBACK CALCULATIONS AND TABLE
 INFORMATION SHOULD BE REVISED TO ADDRESS THE MAXIMUM
 HEIGHT. [NOTE: THIS COMMENT WAS MISSED BY STAFF IN THE
 LAST RESUBMITTAL]
  
 2.) THERE IS A PROPOSED 8 FT. HIGH CONCRETE WALL ALONG
 THE EAST PROPERTY LINE ABUTTING 314 FLAMINGO DRIVE. THE
 EXISTING STRUCTURE AT 314 FLAMINGO DRIVE SEEMS TO HAVE
 A 0 FT. SETBACK FROM THE PROPERTY LINE (NEEDS TO BE
 VERIFIED). IF THIS IS THE CASE, THE LOCATION OF THE
 PROPOSED WALL WILL NEED TO BE RELOCATED SO AS NOT TO
 CONFLICT WITH THE EXISTING STRUCTURE. [NOTE: THIS
 COMMENT WAS MISSED BY STAFF IN THE LAST RESUBMITTAL]
  
 3.) THE PROPOSED NUMBER OF STORIES SEEM TO BE 5 (NOT 4)
 SINCE USABLE SPACE (I.E. GYM) IS LOCATED ON THE 5TH
 FLOOR. INFORMATION PROVIDED IN THE PLANS SHOULD BE
 ADDRESSED ACCORDINGLY. [NOTE: THIS COMMENT WAS MISSED
 BY STAFF IN THE LAST RESUBMITTAL]
  
 4.) CHECK THE PROPOSED PARKING COUNT. THE COUNT STILL
 SEEMS TO BE INCORRECT AND IT HAS AFFECTED THE
 CALCULATIONS FOR PARKING. ADDRESS FOR CONSISTENCY.
  
 5.) THE BUILDING FOOTPRINT PROVIDED IN THE
 ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS SEEM TO BE INCONSISTENT. CLARIFY
 FOR CONSISTENCY.
  
 6.) SOME SPACES WITHIN THE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS HAVE
 BEEN EXCLUDED FROM THE FAR CALCULATIONS WHICH STAFF
 BELIEVES SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED IN THE FAR
 CALCULATIONS. THE ARCHITECT MUST CLARIFY THESE SPACES
 AND ADJUST THE FAR CALCULATIONS IN ALL APPLICABLE PLANS
 ACCORDINGLY.
  
 7.) DEMONSTRATE THAT THE BICYCLE STORAGE AREAS CAN
 ACCOMMODATE THE PROPOSED NUMBER OF BICYCLE PARKING
 SPACES.
  
 8.) THE ARCHITECT WILL NEED TO MEET WITH STAFF TO
 CLARIFY OTHER MINOR INCONSISTENCIES WITH THE FAR
 CALCULATIONS AS DEPICTED IN THE ARCHITECTURAL FLOOR
 PLANS.
  
 9.) IT IS ADVISED THAT THE APPLICANT MEET WITH STAFF TO
 DISCUSS THE INCONSISTENCIES AND CONCERNS WITH THE
 PROJECT. PLEASE CONTACT STAFF TO SET UP A MEETING.
  
  
 INSTRUCTIONS FOR RESUBMITTAL
  
 * PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN
 WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 * CHANGES ON THE RESUBMITTED PLANS MAY RESULT IN
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 * INCLUDE THE REVISION DATE TO ANY REVISED SHEETS TO
 KEEP TRACK OF ALL CHANGES MADE TO THE PROJECT.
  
 * WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF
 FIFTEEN (15) PAPER COPIES, ONE (1) REDUCED COPY IN 8.5
 INCHES X 11 INCHES, AND ONE (1) SET IN 11 INCHES X 17
 INCHES, AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS.
  
 * PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($600.00).
