 "ACKNOWLEDGED" FOR ALL COMMENTS EXCEPT COMMENT 7 FOR
 WHICH THE RESPONSE IS "THIS WILL BE ADDRESSED AT FINAL
 DESIGN IN BUILDING PERMIT REVIEW". SO THERE IS NO
 NARRATIVE TO STATE HOW THE COMMENTS ARE BEING
 ADDRESSED. IF THE PLANNER IS OK WITH DEFERRING
 RESPONSES ALL COMMENTS CAN BE ADDRESSED WITH THE
 BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION, HOWEVER RESPONSE TO
 COMMENTS 2, 3 AND 5, ARE MOSTLY LIKELY TO AFFECT THE
 SITE PLAN APPROVAL.

 1. THE COMMENT NUMBERING FROM THE PREVIOUS REVIEW HAS
 BEEN MAINTAINED IN THE REVIEW BELOW. THOSE COMMENTS
 THAT HAVE BEEN "ACKNOWLEDGED" AND CAN BE ADDRESSED WITH
 THE PERMIT APPLICATION HAVE BEEN OMITTED FROM THIS 2ND
 REVIEW.
  
 2. LOCATION OF ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES.
 ORIGINAL COMMENT: GARAGE PARKING LEVEL PLANS A-107 AND
 A-108 SHOW REGULAR PARKING SPACES LOCATED CLOSER TO THE
 ELEVATORS THAN THE ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES IN THE
 FLAMINGO DRIVE PARKING GARAGE. PER SECTION 208.3 OF
 FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY CODE, ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES
 ARE TO BE LOCATED ON THE SHORTEST POSSIBLE ROUTE OF
 TRAVEL FROM ADJACENT PARKING TO AN ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE.
 THE DESIGN OF ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES SHALL COMPLY
 WITH SECTION 502 OF FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY CODE.
 COMMENT ON REVISED PLANS: THE FLAMINGO DRIVE PARKING
 GARAGE IS SHOWN AS HAVING A TOTAL OF 270 PARKING SPACES
 (134 ON LEVEL 1 AND 136 ON LEVEL 2) BUT ONLY 4
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES ARE SHOWN. PER SECTION 208.2
 OF FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY CODE, 7 ACCESSIBLE PARKING
 SPACES ARE REQUIRED. THERE ARE STILL REGULAR PARKING

 NARROW STAIR FLIGHT LOCATED BETWEEN CINEMA 5 AND CINEMA
 6 BUT THE STAIR DOES NOT SEEM TO LINE UP WITH THE
 LOCATION AND CONFIGURATION OF THE STAIR SHOWN ON FIRST
 FLOOR PLAN A1.01 OR MEZZANINE LEVEL PLAN A-1.01A.
 COMMENT ON REVISED PLANS: THE LONG NARROW STAIR LOCATED
 BETWEEN CINEMA 5 AND CINEMA 6 SEEMS TO PROVIDE EGRESS
 FROM THE PROJECTOR BOOTH CATWALK LEVEL ABOVE THE
 THEATER LOBBY, BUT THE PLANS DO NOT SEEM TO SHOW WHERE
 THAT STAIR COMES OUT (THE EXIT DISCHARGE) AT 1ST FLOOR
 LEVEL. THE STAIR IS STILL NOT SHOWN ON FIRST FLOOR PLAN
 A1.01 OR MEZZANINE LEVEL PLAN A-1.01A.
  
 8. SEPARATE PERMITS REQUIRED. ALL APPLICABLE PERMITS
 AND SUB-PERMITS MUST BE OBTAINED BEFORE COMMENCING THE
 WORK. SEPARATE PERMITS, PLANS AND FEES, ARE REQUIRED
 FOR SIGNS, SWIMMING POOLS AND SPAS, GAS SYSTEMS,
 GENERATORS, FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS, FIRE SPRINKLER AND
 OTHER FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS, GREASE INTERCEPTORS,
 SITE LIGHTING, SITE LANDSCAPE, SITE IRRIGATION, ETC.
  
 9. CONTRACTOR VEHICLE PARKING. PROPERTY OWNER AND
 CONTRACTOR SHALL MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR PARKING OF
 CONTRACTOR VEHICLES TO MINIMIZE THE IMPACT ON ALL
 NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES.
  
 10. PROTECTION OF NEIGHBORING PROPERTY. PROPERTY OWNER
 AND CONTRACTOR SHALL PROTECT ALL NEIGHBORING PROPERTY,
 INCLUDING VEHICLES, FROM DAMAGE OR DIRT CAUSED BY THE
 CONSTRUCTION, AND SHALL NOTIFY THE OCCUPANTS OF
 NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES ABOUT ALL STAGES OF CONSTRUCTION
 THAT MAY AFFECT THE USE OF THEIR PROPERTY.
  
 11. ART IN PUBLIC PLACES. THIS PROJECT WILL BE SUBJECT
 TO ART IN PUBLIC PLACES (AIPP) ASSESSMENT. FOR ADVICE
