 THIS IS A CONCEPTUAL LEVEL REVIEW. CONSTRUCTION LEVEL
 DETAILS, DESIGN CALCULATIONS AND THE POLLUTION
 PREVENTION PLAN WILL BE REVIEWED AS PART OF THE
 ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL AND BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION PROCESSES. THE ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT
 APPROVAL APPLICATION FORMS CAN BE DOWNLOADED AT
 HTTP://WPB.ORG/ENGINEERING/FORMS-AND-PUBLICATIONS/
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS ARE MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO
 SITE PLAN APPROVAL:
  
 1. A NOTE ON THE CONCEPTUAL ENGINEERING PLAN STATES
 ELEVATIONS SHOWN ARE RELATIVE TO THE NGVD 1929 VERTICAL
 DATUM BASED ON A SURVEY PREPARED BY WALLACE SURVEYING,
 CORP. THE BOUNDARY SURVEY (DATE OF LAST FIELD SURVEY
 2/28/2019) BY WALLACE SURVEYING NOTES THE ELEVATIONS ON
 THE SURVEY (NONE FOUND) ARE BASED ON NAVD1988. THE
 CITY?S VERTICAL DATUM IS NGVD 1929. THE CITY HAS
 ALLOWED THE USE OF NAVD 1988 PROVIDED THE CONVERSION
 EQUATION TO NGVD 1929 IS PROVIDED ON THE SHEET(S). LIST
 THE CONVERSION EQUATION ON THE SURVEY AND CONFIRM THE
 VERTICAL DATUM ON THE ENGINEERING PLAN.
  
 2. LOWEST LEVEL OF THE PARKING GARAGES WILL BE 22 FEET
 BELOW FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATION. WHAT IS THE SEASONAL
 HIGH WATER TABLE ELEVATION FOR THE SITE AND HOW WILL
 GROUNDWATER TO BE CONTROLLED AROUND THE UNDERGROUND
 PARKING STRUCTURES?
  
 3. HOW WILL ANY STORMWATER RUNOFF ENTERING THE GARAGES
 BE MANAGED?
  
 4. IT APPEARS THE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT (SWM) SYSTEM
 CONSISTS OF BUBBLE-UP INLETS OUT INTO THE ROAD. THE SWM
 SYSTEM SHOULD CONNECT INTO THE NEAREST DRAINAGE SYSTEM
 (CORDOVA ROAD AND/OR S. DIXIE HIGHWAY) AND/OR INCLUDE
 EXTENDING THE DRAINAGE SYSTEM ON FLAMINGO DRIVE TO THE
 PROJECT.
  
 5. THE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IS TO BE DESIGNED
 TO MEET SFWMD CRITERIA INCLUDING WATER QUALITY
 TREATMENT AND PEAK FLOW ATTENUATION.
  
 6. THE EXFILTRATION TRENCHES ARE PROPOSED ADJACENT TO
 THE WALLS OF THE UNDERGROUND PARKING STRUCTURE. THE
 STANDARD EXFILTRATION EQUATION DOES NOT APPLY IN THIS
 SITUATION.
  
 7. INDICATE MILLING AND RESURFACING LIMITS AROUND
 TRENCH CUTS ON CITY STREETS.
  
 8. SHOW UTILITIES ON THE LANDSCAPE PLANS.
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO
 ISSUANCE OF CONSTRUCTION AUTHORIZATION INCLUDING
 BUILDING PERMITS AND ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL.
  
 1. AN ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL APPLICATION MAY
 BE REQUIRED FROM THE ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
 THE ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL APPLICATION FORMS
 CAN BE DOWNLOADED AT: HTTP://WPB.ORG/DEPARTMENTS/ENGINE
 ERING-PUBLIC-WORKS/FORMS,-PERMITS-APPLICATIONS
  
 2. EROSION CONTROL PLAN AND DETAILS TO BE SUBMITTED
 WITH THE ENGINEERING PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 3. PROVIDE A COPY OF THE SFWMD ERP PRIOR TO STARTING
 CONSTRUCTION.
  
 4. S. DIXIE HIGHWAY IS MAINTAINED BY THE FLORIDA
 DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION. PERMITS WILL BE NEEDED
 FROM FDOT.
