 -ON THE NW AREA OF PLAN THERE ARE TWO SETS OF DOORS
 THAT OPEN OUTWARD INTO THE ROADWAY. DID NOT KNOW IF
 THAT IS SAFE?
  
 -IT IS VERY HARD TO SEE THE BOUNDARIES OF THE NEW
 UTILITY EASEMENT -> NEED TO MAKE CLEARER.
  
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS ARE PER TRACY L. WARD, P.E.,
 CITY OF WPB SENIOR STORMWATER ENGINEER:
  
 1. THE PROPOSED GRADING OF THE ALLEY WILL TRAP WATER ON
 THE PROPERTY ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE ALLEY.
 2. THE SIDEWALK AT THE WEST END OF THE ALLEY SHOULD BE
 CONSTRUCTED OF CONCRETE INSTEAD OF BEING REPLACED WITH
 ASPHALT.
 3. ADD MORE PRB?S IN THE DRAINAGE STRUCTURES UPSTREAM
 OF THE EXFILTRATION TRENCHES TO EXTEND THE LIFE OF THE
 TRENCHES.
 4. THE EXFILTRATION EQUATION USED IN THE DRAINAGE
 CALCULATIONS IS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR THE LAYOUT OF THE
 TRENCHES. THE TRENCHES ARE ONLY SEPARATED BY 3 FEET AND
 EACH TRENCH WILL AFFECT THE FLOW RATE THROUGH THE SIDE
 OF THE ADJACENT TRENCH.
 5. PROPOSED SPOT GRADES OUTSIDE THE SOUTH AND WEST
 SIDES OF THE BUILDING ARE HIGHER THAN THE PROPOSED
 FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATION. SECTIONS A-A AND D-D ON SHEET
 C-07 DO NOT REFLECT THIS. THERE APPEAR TO BE DOOR
 OPENINGS ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE BUILDING.
 6. DIMENSION THE LOW SPOT OF THE ALLEY IN SECTION C-C
 ON SHEET C-07. STAFF IS UNCLEAR IF THE NOTE LOW SPOT IS
 CENTER OF ALLEY REFERS TO THE CENTER OF THE PROPOSED 20
 FT. ALLEY OR THE CENTER OF THE ALLEY R/W.
 7. IN SECTION C-C ON SHEET C-07 PROVIDE A DIMENSION FOR
 THE DISTANCE BETWEEN THE ALLEY R/W LINE AND THE SOUTH
 EDGE OF PAVEMENT.
