| | ALLEY. IT APPEARS WATER WILL BE PREVENTED FROM DRAINING |
| | FROM THE PROPERTIES ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE ALLEY. |
| | THERE IS AN EXISTING OFFSITE SPOT GRADE OF 14.10 (NEAR |
| | THE CROSS SECTION C-C CALLOUT). THE PROPOSED FLOW LINE |
| | OF THE ALLEY ADJACENT TO THE SPOT GRADE IS BETWEEN |
| | 14.15 AND 14.85. THERE IS AN EXISTING SPOT GRADE OF |
| | 14.05 (FURTHER TO THE EAST) AND THE PROPOSED FLOW LINE |
| | OF THE ALLEY IS 14.00. THE NORTH SIDE OF THE ALLEY WILL |
| | HAVE A VERY FLAT CROSS SLOPE AND STORMWATER RUNOFF WILL |
