 1. THE BICYCLE PARKING SPACES PROVIDED UNDER CITY CODE
 94-113(D)(9) SHOULD BE PUBLICLY ACCESSIBLE. PLEASE
 VERIFY IF THE 4 BICYCLE PARKING SPACES NEAR THE PUBLIC
 PLAZA ARE OPEN FOR THE PUBLIC AS THEY APPEAR TO BE
 LOCATED WITHIN THE OUTDOOR DINING AREA.
 2. IN SHEET C-11, THE STOP BAR AT THE ALLEY SHOULD BE
 LOCATED AT LEAST 4 FEET IN ADVANCE OF THE
 SIDEWALK/CROSSWALK.
 3. PROVIDE DETECTABLE WARNINGS ON THE SIDEWALK ACROSS
 BOTH ALLEY ACCESS POINTS.
 4. THE PARALLEL PARKING SPACES ON DATURA STREET SHOULD
 BE AT LEAST 20 FEET AWAY FROM THE CROSSWALK AND AT
 LEAST 15 FEET AWAY FROM FIRE HYDRANT PER MUTCD AND
 FLORIDA STATUTES, AND SHOULD BE CLEAR OF THE PROPOSED
 FIRE DEPARTMENT CONNECTION. THE FIRST PARKING SPACE ON
 THE NORTH SIDE OF DATURA STREET EAST OF QUADRILLE
 BOULEVARD IS CURRENTLY HATCHED OUT AND IS NOT BEING
 USED FOR PARKING.
 5. PROVIDE AN ADDITIONAL ON-STREET PARKING SPACE EAST
 OF THE VALET AREA.
 6. RELOCATE THE FIRE HYDRANT NEAR DIXIE HIGHWAY OUT OF
 THE SIDEWALK AREA.
 7. THE RESPONSE INDICATED THAT THE LANDSCAPE AREA ON
 THE BUILDING SIDE HAS BEEN REDUCED TO ACCOMMODATE
 LARGER SIDEWALK AS REQUESTED, BUT THE SIDEWALK WIDTH
 REMAINS AT 10 FEET AND DID NOT CHANGE FROM THE PREVIOUS
 SUBMITTAL. PLEASE PROVIDE 12-FOOT SIDEWALK ALONG
 QUADRILLE BLVD.
 8. PAVEMENT MILL AND RESURFACE ON DATURA STREET AFTER
 UTILITY TIE-IN SHOULD INCLUDE BOTH SIDES OF THE STREET.
 9. PLEASE CLARIFY IF THE LANDSCAPE ON QUADRILLE
 BOULEVARD MEETS FDOT'S SIGHT DISTANCE REQUIREMENTS.

 10. PLEASE VERIFY THE VEHICLE CIRCULATION ROUTE FOR
 VALET ACCESS AS EASTBOUND VEHICLES ON DATURA STREET
 WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE A U-TURN TO ACCESS THE VALET
 AREA, NOR OUTBOUND VALET VEHICLES WOULD BE ABLE TO MAKE
 A U-TURN TO HEAD EAST.
 11. PROVIDE A TRAFFIC CIRCULATION ANALYSIS AT THE
 FOLLOWING INTERSECTIONS:
 A. QUADRILLE BOULEVARD/CLEMATIS STREET
 B. QUADRILLE BOULEVARD/DATURA STREET
 C. QUADRILLE BOULEVARD/FERN STREET
 D. DIXIE HIGHWAY/CLEMATIS STREET
 E. DIXIE HIGHWAY/DATURA STREET
 12. COMMITTED TRIPS FROM APPROVED DEVELOPMENTS SHOULD
 BE INCLUDED IN THE ANALYSIS.
  
  
 CONDITION:
 1. THE DEVELOPER SHALL BE REQUIRED TO COORDINATE WITH
 CITY PARKING ADMINISTRATOR FOR PRIVATE COMMERCIAL USE
 OF CURBSIDE PARKING SPACE PER CITY CODE 94-111(L).
