 WALLS/NETTING; DUMPSTER ENCLOSURES; SIGNAGE; LANDSCAPE;
 PARKING; BIKE RACKS/ HARDSCAPE; AND SITE LIGHTING.
 --PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
 ---PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY,
 DOCUMENTATION OF COMPLETION OR OTHER APPROVAL PROVIDED
 BY PALM BEACH COUNTY MUST BE PROVIDED FOR THE EXTENSION
 OF THE SOUTH APPROACH LEFT TURN LANE FOR INCREASED
 STORAGE LENGTH ON SKEES ROAD AT OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD.
 --THE RIGHT-IN ONLY FROM OKEECHOBEE BLVD. IS IN
 CONFLICT WITH THE ONE-WAY OUT SOUTH OF THE DRIVE-THRU
 OF THE 2,300 SF RESTAURANT. THE STOP BAR ON THE EAST
 SIDE IS LOCATED WITHIN THE INTERSECTION. YOU MAY NEED
 TO LOSE A PARKING SPOT TO BRING IT BACK OUT OF THE
 INTERSECTION.
 --THE PAVEMENT MARKING PLAN AND THE SITE PLAN TO NOT
 MATCH.
 --PLEASE PROVIDE A DESCRIPTION ON HOW THE TURNAROUND
 SPACE WITHIN IN THE DEAD END PARKING AREA WORKS WITH
 THE OUT LANE OF THE DRIVE THOUGH.
 --THE EXFILTRATION TRENCH IS IN CONFLICT WITH THE
 REQUIRED TERMINAL ISLAND TREE LOCATED NEAR THE SOUTH
 PROPERTY LINE NEXT TO THE CROSSWALK.
 --CALCULATIONS FOR HIGH FREESTANDING SIGNAGE SHALL
 COMPLY WITH SEC. 94-408. SURVEY SUBMITTED INDICATES
 LINEAR FRONTAGE IS ABOUT 405 FEET AND SKEES FRONTAGE IS
 158 FEET. TOTAL ALLOWABLE SIGNAGE AREA ON OKEECHOBEE IS
 ONE SQUARE FOOT PER LINEAR FOOT 0.5 SQ. FT FOR SKEES.
 IN ADDITION PLEASE LABEL WHERE MEASURING SIGNAGE WILL
 BE PER SECTION 94-405.
 --EAST ELEVATION OF EASTERN MOST BUILDING DOES NOT
 MATCH SITE PLANS.
 --FRONT VIEW OF ELEVATIONS OF EASTERN MOST BUILDING
 SHOWS TREES ON THE WEST SIDE. THE LANDSCAPE PLANS
 INDICATE AS THIS A LARGE CONCRETE AREA. THIS AREA MAY
 BENEFIT FROM TWO PALMS AS DEPICTED IN THE ELEVATIONS.
