 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 RESPONSES TO LANDSCAPE COMMENTS WERE NOT SUBMITTED.
  
 1. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF ANY FPL
 TRANSFORMERS ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
 THIS IS CRITICAL TO ESTABLISH LOCATIONS AT THIS POINT,
 AS LOCATIONS MAY DISPLACE REQUIRED LANDSCAPING.
  
 2. NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE SCREENING FOR ALL
 GROUND MOUNTED EQUIPMENT AND UTILITIES. WATER BACKFLOW
 VALVES AND FPL TRANSFORMERS MUST HAVE SCREENING HEDGES.
 DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE SOUTH OF BUILDING #1- REVISE TO HAVE
 THE REQUIRED HEDGE ON ALL 3 NON ACCESS SIDES.
  
 3. NOT SATISFIED. REQUIRED TREE OR EQUIVALENT IS
 MISSING IN TERMINAL ISLAND ADJACENT TO THE DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE SITE.
 TERMINAL ISLAND IS NEEDED FOR THE ROW OF PARKING SOUTH
 SIDE OF BUILDING #1. A PARKING SPACE COULD BE REPLACED
 WITH TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLAND AND REQUIRED TREE TO
 SOLVE THE CONFLICT WITH LOADING, CROSSWALK AND FIRE
 HYDRANT.
  
 4. NOT SATISFIED. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN DOES NOT REFLECT
 THE CIVIL PLANS DATED 5/13/19 SUBMITTED WITH THIS
 PETITION, AND THERE APPEAR TO BE MULTIPLE CONFLICTS
 WITH REQUIRED TREES. WATER AND SEWER LINES MAY NEED TO
 BE SHIFTED TO ALLOW REQUIRED TREES ADEQUATE ROOM IN THE
 LANDSCAPE AREAS. ADD ROOT BARRIER LOCATIONS AS
 REQUIRED.
 LANDSCAPE PLAN DOES NOT MATCH THE 6/27/19 CIVIL
 DRAWINGS FOR UTILITIES. STILL MANY CONFLICTS.
  
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
