 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED. THERE ARE MULTIPLE MINOR AMENDMENTS TO
 THE PD THAT MODIFIED LAYOUT AND LANDSCAPING IN
 DIFFERENT AREAS OF THE CAMPUS. AS THIS IS A MAJOR
 AMENDMENT, A COMPREHENSIVE SITE PLAN AND LANDSCAPE PLAN
 COMBINING THE APPROVALS SHOULD BE DONE SO THAT THE
 OVERALL STATUS OF LANDSCAPING ON THE SITE CAN BE SHOWN.
 STAFF HAS COMPILED THE APPROVED PLANS TO EASILY RECORD
 THE APPROVED LAYOUT AND TO ALLOW THE OPTION TO ADD OR
 ADJUST ANY LANDSCAPE TO ADDRESS NONCONFORMITIES.
  
 2. SATISFIED. THERE ARE LANDSCAPE NONCONFORMITIES ON
 THE LOT BEING ADDED TO THE PD THAT CAN BE DECREASED BY
 PROPOSING ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPING:
 ? TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLAND TO THE WEST IS MISSING THE
 REQUIRED TREE.
 ? LANDSCAPE BUFFERS CAN BE IMPROVED BY ADDING HEDGES AS
 REQUIRED TO PROVIDE SCREENING OF THE PARKING.
 ? STREET TREE CAN BE ADDED IN THE GAP BETWEEN THE
 PARKING AREA AND THE PROPOSED BASKETBALL COURTS.

 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED. SHOW HOW THE TURF WILL BE SCREENED SO AS
 TO NOT BE VISIBLE FROM THE ADJACENT STREETS, INCLUDING
 EUCALYPTUS STREET, AS REQUIRED IN SECTION 94-451
 (D)(2).
  
 2. SATISFIED. SHOW THE LOCATIONS OF ALL REQUIRED
 LANDSCAPE BUFFERS.
  
 3. SATISFIED. PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION ON ALL MINIMUM
 MATERIAL STANDARDS IN
 SECTION 94-451(E) OR INDICATE WHEN THE INFORMATION WILL
 BE PROVIDED.
 1. INDICATE THE COLOR WILL BE GREEN.
 2. ANY ADDITIONAL STANDARDS THAT ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS
 TYPE OF FIELD
 3. SUPPLY THE MINIMUM PERMEABILITY.
 4. PROVIDE THE MANUFACTURER?S WARRANTY PERIOD, MINIMUM
 8 YEARS.
 5. PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION THE PRODUCT IS LEAD FREE.
 6. PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION ON DISPOSABILITY,
 RECYCLABILITY AND PERCENTAGE OF RECYCLED MATERIAL.
  
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 2. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PERMITTING AND INSTALLATION OF THE
 STREET TREES AND RIGHT OF WAY LANDSCAPING AND
 IRRIGATION ADJACENT TO THE BORDERS OF THE PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT APPROVED WITH THIS PETITION.
  
 3. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE ROAD RIGHT OF
 WAY LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION ADJACENT TO THE BORDERS
 OF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT. THIS WILL BE THROUGH A
 SEPARATE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY.
