 2. THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT SHOULD NOT NARROW THE
 ALLEY.
 3. CITY CODE SECTION 94-342 REQUIRES THE ALLEYS TO BE
 AT LEAST 20 FEET WIDE. ALSO, CITY CODE SECTION
 94-485(J) INDICATES THAT IF PARKING STALLS ARE ACCESSED
 DIRECTLY FROM PUBLIC ALLEY AND EXISTING ALLEY WIDTH
 DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE MINIMUM AISLE REQUIREMENTS
 (WHICH IS 24 FEET FOR 90-DEGREE PARKING), ADDITIONAL
 PARKING AISLE SHALL BE PROVIDED.
 4. REPLACE EXISTING POWER POLES WITH NEW POWER POLES
 ALONG THE ALLEY. LOCATE THE POWER POLES WITHIN THE
 PROPERTY AND PROVIDE UTILITY EASEMENT. THIS WILL ALLOW
 FOR A PAVED ALLEY WIDTH OF 15 FEET FOR VEHICULAR
 ACCESS.
 5. PAVE OR MILL AND RESURFACE THE ALLEY ADJACENT TO THE
 PROPERTY.
 6. PROVIDE AUTOTURN PATHS FOR ALL POSSIBLE MOVEMENTS OF
 PASSENGER CARS IN THE GUEST PARKING SPACES. THE
 AUTOTURN PATHS SHOULD SHOW TWO PASSENGER CARS PARKED
 SIDE-BY-SIDE AND NOT IMPACT ANY POWER POLE.
 7. SHOW CURB CUTS, EDGE OF PAVEMENTS, AND DRIVEWAYS ON
 THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF LAMBERT AVENUE, CONNISTON ROAD AND
 THE ALLEY ON THE SITE PLAN.
 8. INCLUDE PARKING REQUIREMENTS IN THE SITE DATA TABLE
 ON THE SITE PLAN.
 9. PROVIDE ADA PEDESTRIAN CURB RAMP AT THE CORNER OF
 LAMBERT AVENUE AND CONNISTON ROAD, AND ACROSS THE ALLEY
 ON CONNISTON ROAD.
 10. CONSIDER PROVIDING WIDER SIDEWALK ALONG LAMBERT
 AVENUE AND CONNISTON ROAD. SIDEWALK SHOULD BE A MINIMUM
 OF 5 FEET.
 11. DIMENSION THE ROADWAY WIDTH ON LAMBERT AVENUE,
 CONNISTON ROAD AND THE ALLEY.
