 SUBMITTAL PACKAGE.
  
 IF ANOTHER SUBMITTAL IS NOT NEEDED FOR SITE PLAN
 APPROVAL THEN THESE COMMENTS CAN BE PROVISIONAL AND
 ADDRESSED ON THE PLANS THAT WILL BE INCLUDED WITH THE
 ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL.
 1. CALL OUT WEIR FOR PARALLEL PARKING DRAINAGE SYSTEM
 (EITHER IN STRUCTURE S-301 OR S-302 (PREFERED).
  
 2. PROVIDE A MEANS TO ACCESS THE WEST END OF THE
 PARALLEL PARKING EXFILTRATION TRENCH.
  
 3. INCLUDE PRB CALLOUTS AND DIRECTIONS (N,S,E,W ETC.)
 IN THE DRAINAGE STRUCTURE CALLOUTS.
  
 4. THERE APPEARS TO BE A LOW SPOT WHERE THE 10-FOOT
 DRAINAGE EASEMENT IS IN THE ALLEY.
  
 5. CONFIRM THE STORMWATER RUNOFF FROM THE NORTH END OF
 THE PAVER ALLEY WILL REACH A DRAINAGE STRUCTURE AND NOT
 POND IN THE ALLEY OR DRAIN TO ANOTHER LOT.
  
 6. INCLUDE PAVEMENT FLOW ARROWS FOR THE ALLEY.
  
 7. PROVIDE TYPICAL CROSS SECTIONS FOR:
 A. ALPHA STREET RIGHT OF WAY WEST AND EAST (SHOWING
 PARALLEL PARKING) OF THE ALLEY
 B. ALLEY
  
 8. PROVIDE A PROFILE VIEW OF THE STORM PIPE BETWEEN
 STRUCTURES S-104 AND S-303. PROFILE ONLY NEEDS TO BE OF
 THE RIGHT-OF-WAY AND INCLUDE ALL UTILITY
 CROSSINGS/CONFLICTS WITH THE STORM PIPE.
  
 9. SIDEWALK ACCESS EASEMENT WILL BE NEEDED AT THE
 SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE EAST PARCEL.
  
 10. CCTV OF EXISTING STORM SYSTEM WILL BE NEEDED
 (REPEAT COMMENT).
  
 11. BERMS AND/OR SWALES MAY BE NEEDED TO PREVENT RUNOFF
 ONTO ADJACENT PROPERTIES.
  
 12. THE ONSITE AREAS BEHIND THE SIDEWALKS IN THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY ARE TO BE DEPRESSED TO PREVENT ONSITE
 STORMWATER RUNOFF FROM CROSSING THE SIDEWALK.
  
 13. ROOF DRAINS SHOULD CONNECT DIRECTLY TO THE DRAINAGE
 SYSTEM OR BE DIRECTED TO DISCHARGE ONTO PERVIOUS AREAS.
  
 14. SHOW A REPLACEMENT WATER SERVICE FROM THE NEW WATER
 MAIN TO THE PROPERTY ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF ALPHA STREET
 SOUTH OF BUILDING 'B'. (REPEAT COMMENT)
  
 15. EXISTING CURB RAMPS LEADING TO NEW PAVMENT OR TO
 MILLED AND OVERLAID PAVEMENT ARE TO BE CONSTRUCTED TO
 CURRENT ADA STANDARDS.
  
 16. TWO-WAY SIGN ON WEST SIDE OF THE ALLEY SHOWN ON
 PRIVATE PROPERTY.
  
 17. CURBING SOUTH OF SIGN REFERENCED IN COMMENT #16
 ABOVE APPEARS TO CROSS PRIVATE PROPERTY.
  
 18. DUE TO THE LARGE DROP OFF, A FENCE WILL BE NEEDED
 NEAR OR ON TOP OF THE RETAINING WALL.
