 1.) PROVIDE LETTERS FROM ALL OF THE FOLLOWING PUBLIC
 UTILITIES CONFIRMING THAT THE PROPOSED PROJECT DOES NOT
 ENCROACH INTO THEIR EASEMENTS OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE
 WITH THE PROVISION OF THEIR SERVICES: AT&T, FPU, FPL,
 AND COMCAST.
 2.) ALL PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS, INCLUDING NEW
 CONSTRUCTION, OR THE RENOVATION OR IMPROVEMENT OF AN
 EXISTING BUILDING, WHERE THE TOTAL CONSTRUCTION COSTS
 ARE EQUAL OR GREATER THAN $750,000 IS SUBJECT TO THE
 ART IN PUBLIC PLACES REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTER 78,

 3.) A REPLAT OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTIES WILL BE REQUIRED
 4.) STAFF SUPPORTS THE INCLUSION OF AN AFFORDABLE
 HOUSING COMPONENT INTO THE PROPOSED RESIDENTIAL PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT
 5.) THE OPEN SPACE/PARK AREA SHOULD BE OVERALL ENHANCED
 AND REWORKED TO ELIMINATE ANY DEAD END PATHS.
 6.) ADDITIONAL SCREENING SHOULD BE PROVIDED BETWEEN THE
 PROPERTIES ADJACENT TO THE NORTH, STAFF SUPPORTS
 ALTERNATIVE MATERIAL TO PVC
 7.) NARROW 24 FOOT DRIVE AISLES TO 20 FEET AND TIGHTEN
 CURB RADII. DOING SO WILL INCREASE LANDSCAPING IN
 TERMINAL ISLANDS AND SLOW VEHICLES TO HELP MINIMIZE
 CONFLICTS AT PROPOSED INTERSECTIONS
 8.) STAFF SUPPORTS REDUCING THE DEPTH OF PARKING SPACES
 BY INCLUDING A 2-FOOT GRASS OVERHANG. THE CURB WOULD
 FUNCTION AS WHEEL STOPS. ALSO CONSIDER THE INCLUSION OF
 SMALL CAR SPACES TO REDUCE OVERALL IMPERVIOUS SURFACE
 AREA
 9.) EXPAND SIDEWALK BETWEEN REAR OR BUILDINGS AND
 PARKING AREA TO, SUGGESTED EIGHT FEET TO INCREASE SPACE
 BETWEEN VEHICLES AND REAR BUILDING OVERHANGS
 10.) REVISE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS, PARTICULARLY ALONG
 ALPHA STREET AND MERCER AVE. SPECIFICALLY, FIRST FLOOR
 ENTRIES SHOULD BE RAISED TO HAVE STEPS AND FRONT DOORS
 RATHER THAN SLIDING DOORS
 11.) ADD PEDESTRIAN-SCALE LIGHTING ALONG ALPHA STREET
 AND IN THE PARK/OPEN SPACE AREA
