 - WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF FOUR
 (4) PAPER COPIES AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY IN .PDF FORMAT
 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THE PPRC MEETING (BY JULY 29, 2019),
 THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER
 ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE ADDITIONAL
 (1) RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF
 PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE
 SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED
 A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL
 APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) REVISED COMMENT: PLEASE PROVIDE THE ADDITIONAL
 DIMENSIONS ON THE PLANS:
  
 A. DIMENSION BETWEEN THE "PRIVATE OUTDOOR SEATING" AND
 THE PLANTERS TO THE EAST.
  
 B. DIMENSION BETWEEN THE PLANTERS AND THE PLANTERS AT
 THE BASE OF THE ARCADE COLUMNS. THE DIMENSION GIVEN IS
 FROM THE PLANTERS TO THE TRENCH DRAIN.
  
 2) THE PLANS CALL OUT "HARDSCAPE TREATMENTS TO BE
 DETERMINED". WHAT TYPES OF HARDSCAPE ARE BEING
 CONTEMPLATED? PAVERS, WOOD, CONCRETE SLAB? STAFF WOULD
 LIKE TO HAVE AN IDEA FOR FUTURE REVIEW.
  
 3) THE PLANS DO NOT PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE COVERED
 STRUCTURE FOR THE PRIVATE SEATING AREA. THIS WILL
 REQUIRE A SEPARATE MINOR AMENDMENT SUBMITTAL WITH THE
 FULL DETAILS AND APPROVAL PRIOR TO THE BUILDING PERMIT
 SUBMITTAL FOR THE STRUCTURE.
