 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THESE COMMENTS (BY SEPTEMBER 5, 2019),
 THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER
 ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE ADDITIONAL
 (1) RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF
 PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE
 SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED
 A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL
 APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) THE VALET PARKING STAND QUEUE ANALYSIS PROVIDED WITH
 THE RESUBMITTAL STATES THAT FOUR VALET ATTENDANTS ARE
 REQUIRED TO KEEP THE VALET STAND FROM IMPACTING
 OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD. THE APPROVAL WILL CONTAIN A
 CONDITION THAT FOUR VALET ATTENDANTS WILL BE REQUIRED
 TO BE WORKING WHENEVER THE VALET STAND IS IN USE.
  
 2) REVISED COMMENT: THE RESPONSE TO STAFF QUESTIONS
 ABOUT THE VALET OPERATIONS AND THE ABILITY OF DROP OFF
 USERS TO NEGOTIATE THE DROP OFF AREA STATES THAT
 ?SIGNAGE AND DIRECTION FROM THE VALETS? WILL PROVIDE
 DIRECTION. HOWEVER, NO INFORMATION ON WHAT TYPE OF
 SIGNAGE WILL BE USED WAS PROVIDED. PLEASE PROVIDE
 EXAMPLE OF PROPOSED SIGNS AND LOCATIONS.
  
 3) REVISED COMMENT: STAFF WILL ACCEPT THE LOCATION OF
 THE BICYCLE PARKING IN FRONT OF CAPITAL ONE CAFE, BUT
 SINCE IT IS WITHIN THE FDOT RIGHT-OF-WAY, THEY MUST
 PROVIDE APPROVAL PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL OF THE MINOR
 AMENDMENT (IT CAN BE SHOWN AS FUTURE BICYCLE PARKING
 PENDING FDOT APPROVAL). HOWEVER, THIS PARKING DOES NOT
 SOLVE THE ISSUE OF BICYCLE PARKING THAT WAS TO BE
 PROVIDED FOR THE REGIONAL EMPLOYEES. BICYCLE PARKING
 MUST BE PROVIDED IN THE ALLEY (ACROSS FROM THE A
 GARAGE, ON EAST SIDE OF ALLEY IN THE SERVICE AREA
 ADJACENT TO/BEHIND AMERITRADE). PLANNING STAFF HAS
 VERIFIED THERE IS SUFFICIENT ROOM FOR SOME BICYCLE
 PARKING AT THIS LOCATION. ALEX HANSEN, CITY
 COMPREHENSIVE PLANNER, IS AVAILABLE TO MEET ON THE SITE
 TO DISCUSS OPTIONS.
  
 4) REPEAT COMMENT: WHERE IS THE VALET STAND GOING TO BE
 LOCATED. PROVIDE DIMENSIONS OF THE STAND AND FROM THE
 STAND TO THE TRAVEL LANE AND THE BUILDING. PROVIDE
 DETAILS OF THE STAND. WILL IT BE PERMANENT OR MOBILE?
 IF MOBILE, WHERE WILL IT BE STORED WHEN NOT IN USE?
  
 5) STAFF HAS NOTED THAT THIS PLAN REMOVES THE EXISTING
 SIDEWALK FROM OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD ADJACENT TO THE
 ENTRY DRIVE TO THE FRONT OF AMERITRADE. RESTORE THE
 SIDEWALK AT THIS LOCATION.
  
 OCCURS POST MINOR AMENDMENT APPROVAL:
  
 6) THE RELOCATION OF THE SIDEWALK WILL REQUIRE AN
 ACCESS AND MAINTENANCE EASEMENT FOR THE PORTION ON
 PRIVATE PROPERTY. THIS WILL BE REQUIRED TO THE
 COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT.
  
 7) THE NEW LANDSCAPE AND HARDSCAPE LOCATED WITHIN THE
 FDOT RIGHT-OF-WAY WILL REQUIRE A MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT.
 SINCE THE DESIGN OF THE PROJECT WITH THE LANDSCAPE AND
 SIDEWALK RELOCATION IS INTERTWINED BETWEEN THE ROW AND
 THE SITE, THE FDOT PERMIT OR A PREDETERMINATION LETTER
 NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED PRIOR TO THE APPROVAL OF ANY
 PERMITS FOR ABOVE GROUND WORK.
