2019-05-28 09:42:211. THE VALET CIRCULATION ROUTE GOES THROUGH THE
 ADJACENT PRIVATE PROPERTY. CLARIFY IF THE ADJACENT
 PROPERTY AGREESMENT FOR THEIR PARKING LOT TO BE USED AS
 PART OF THE VALET OPERATION OF THE APPLICANT'S
 PROPERTY.
 2. MOVE THE PROPOSED DO NOT ENTER SIGNS AT THE DRIVEWAY
 FROM OKEECHOBEE ROAD TO NORTH OF THE EXISTING CITY
 PLACE SIGN.
 3. PROVIDE QUEUING ANALYSIS FOR VALET PARKING. THE
 QUEUING ANALYSIS SHOULD BE COMPLETED BY A LICENSED
 TRAFFIC ENGINEER TO DETERMINE THE POTENTIAL NUMBER OF
 VEHICLES IN THE VALET QUEUE. ALSO, MORE THAN 3 VEHICLES
 ON THE RIGHT-TURN LANE WOULD MAKE THE THROUGH LANE
