 ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE RESUBMITTED
 PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS TO ADDRESS
 THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THE PPRC MEETING (BY JUNE 10, 2019),
 THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER
 ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) PROVIDE A SURVEY FOR THE LIMITS OF WORK.
  
 2) PROVIDE DIMENSIONS ON THE PLANS. THIS MUST INCLUDE
 THE SIZE OF THE VARIOUS FEATURES AND THE DIMENSIONS
 BETWEEN THE VARIOUS FEATURES.
  
 3) THE RELOCATION OF THE SIDEWALK WILL REQUIRE AN
 ACCESS AND MAINTENANCE EASEMENT FOR THE PORTION ON
 PRIVATE PROPERTY.
  
 4) THE NEW LANDSCAPE AND HARDSCAPE LOCATED WITHIN THE
 FDOT RIGHT-OF-WAY WILL REQUIRE A MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT.
  
 5) PROVIDE THE TURNING RADIUS DRAWINGS.
  
 6) THERE IS INSUFFICIENT JUSTIFICATION PROVIDED FOR THE
 VALET DROP OFF:
  
 A. THE JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT INDICATES THAT THE NEW
 VALET AREA IS FOR A "CONSOLIDATED VALET AREA IN ORDER
 TO RELOCATE MULTIPLE AREAS CURRENTLY UTILIZED ON THE
 SOUTH END OF THE PROJECT". PLEASE EXPLAIN WHO THIS
 VALET DROP-OFF SERVES AND WHICH CURRENT VALETS WILL BE
 CONSOLIDATED?
 B. THIS BUSINESSES (ANUSHKA, AMERITRADE AND CAPITAL ONE
 CAFE) ALL HAVE ROSEMARY ADDRESSES AND THE UBER/LYFT
 DRIVERS WILL BE GOING TO THE RECENTLY INSTALLED RIDE
 SHARE DROP OFF SPACES ON ROSEMARY. THE AREA IS
 EXTREMELY LARGE FOR RIDE SHARE DROP OFF, ESPECIALLY
 GIVEN THAT THE DRIVERS WILL NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.
  
 7) PROVIDE THE VALET CIRCULATION PLAN FROM WHEN THE
 VEHICLE IS TAKEN FROM THE CUSTOMER, TO THE PARKING
 AREA, AND THE RETURN ROUTE.
  
 8) PROVIDE DETAILS ON THE STACKING DISTANCE AND NUMBER
 OF SPACES.
  
 9) WHAT IS THE SURFACE MATERIAL AT THE FUTURE PUBLIC
 ART LOCATION?
  
 10) PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE PROPOSED LIGHT POLES.
  
 11) THIS AREA WAS SLATED TO HAVE ADDITIONAL BICYCLE
 RACKS INSTALLED. PLEASE SHOW WHERE THEY WILL BE LOCATED
 IN THE REWORKED AREA. INCLUDE DIMENSIONED DETAILS.
