 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
 1. THESE COMMENTS RELATE TO THE SITE PLAN EXAMPLE
 PROVIDED WITH THE REPLAT SUBMITTAL, AND MAY OR MAY NOT
 AFFECT THE PROPOSED PLAT LINES:
 ? THE SITE PLAN SHOWS DRIVEWAY PAVERS AND LANDSCAPE
 AREAS PAST THE REAR PROPERTY LINES OF SOME LOTS. SITE
 IMPROVEMENTS CANNOT BE CONSTRUCTED WITHIN THE ALLEY.
 ? THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION WOULD CREATE INDIVIDUAL LOTS
 THAT WOULD BE REQUIRED TO MEET THE MINIMUM LANDSCAPE
 REQUIREMENTS FOR SINGLE FAMILY HOMES BASED ON THE LOT
 SIZE AND BUILDING COVERAGE.
 ? ALSO NOTE THAT THE FRONT YARD MUST MEET THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF 75% LANDSCAPE AREA PER SECTION
 94-482(A).
