 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. PLEASE PROVIDE AN APPROVED TRAFFIC CONCURRENCY
 LETTER FROM PALM BEACH COUNTY.
  
 2. PLEASE PROVIDE ALL OUTSTANDING UTILITY LETTERS
 (COMCAST AND FLORIDA PUBLIC UTILITIES).
  
 3. THE JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT AND PLANS INDICATE THAT
 THE AREA SURROUNDING THE BUILDING IS TO BE RE-PAVED;
 PLEASE IDENTIFY THE LIMITS OF THIS WORK. ANY PARKING
 AREAS WHERE THE ASPHALT IS BEING RE-SURFACED SHOULD BE
 BROUGHT INTO COMPLIANCE WITH THE LANDSCAPE
 REQUIREMENTS, SPECIALLY LANDSCAPE ISLANDS. FOR EXAMPLE,
 IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING THE CODE REQUIRES THAT THERE
 NOT BE MORE THAN TEN (10) CONSECUTIVE PARKING SPACES
 WITHOUT THE INSTALLATION OF A 5-FOOT WIDE ISLAND WITH A
 SHADE TREE. THE PARKING SPACES (NON-ADA) CAN BE
 NARROWED TO 8 FEET 6 INCHES WIDE AND A LANDSCAPE ISLAND
 INSTALLED.
  
 IF THE ASPHALT ON THE SOUTH END OF THE BUILDING IS
 BEING RE-SURFACED, ISLANDS NEED TO BE INSTALLED ON
 EITHER SIDE OF THE ADA PARKING SPACE.
  
 4. PARKING STRIPING DETAIL SHALL BE PROVIDED SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE CITY?S STANDARD.

 PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING WHEN RESUBMITTING:
  
 A) WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS MADE BY ALL
 DEPARTMENTS SHALL BE PROVIDED UPON RESUBMISSION.
  
 B) 3 SETS OF REVISED PLANS AND/OR DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED, ALONG WITH ONE (1) REDUCED COPY (11IN X
 17IN), AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS.
  
 C) PLEASE NOTE THAT RE-SUBMITTALS MAY BE SUBJECT TO
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 D) IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 E) PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE.
