 APRIL 5, 2019
 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED. THE WALL IS PLACED SUFFICIENTLY BACK FROM
 THE PROPERTY LINE TO ADD A HEDGE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE
 WALL THAT WOULD PROVIDE A BETTER AESTHETIC FROM THE
 RIGHT OF WAY.
 2. SATISFIED THE WALL IS PLACED VERY CLOSE TO THE WEST
 ENTRANCE ROAD, MOVING IT BACK TO THE EAST TO ALLOW THE
 SAME HEDGE TO WRAP AROUND THAT SIDE WOULD IMPROVE THE
 APPEARANCE.
 3. SATISFIED PROVIDE A PLAN SHOWING ALL THE EXISTING
 LANDSCAPE ALONG THE PROPOSED WALL, INCLUDING THE
 ENTRANCE ROAD, AS THERE APPEAR TO BE CONFLICTS WITH THE
 SLIDING GATE AND EXISTING TREES AND HEDGES.
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 4/5/19:
 4. THE LANDSCAPE ISLAND IN THE ROW OF PARKING AGAINST
 UP THE GROVE IS NOT ACCURATELY SHOW AS APPROVED AND
 EXISTING ON SITE. THIS NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED AND THE
 WALL AND PROPOSED LANDSCAPE HEDGE ADJUSTED.
 5. THE EXISTING COCOPLUM SCREENING HEDGE FOR THE
 EXISTING BACK FLOW AND VALVES NEEDS TO BE SHOWN ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN.
