 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED

 -- THE RECONFIGURATION OF DRIVEWAYS AT THE AIRPORT
 SOUTH OF FLORIDA MANGO ROAD AND THE NEW CIRCULAR DRIVE,
 INCLUDING ALL ENTRIES TO THE SITE, MUST HAVE COMPLETED
 CONSTRUCTION BEFORE FINAL INSPECTIONS.
  
 --PERMIT PLANS INDICATE MANY MORE LIGHTS THEN INITIALLY
 APPROVED, PLEASE PROVIDE UPDATED PHOTOMETRIC PLAN TO
 INCORPORATE ALL NEW PROPOSED LIGHTING TO MEET
 ILLUMINATION REQUIREMENTS.
  
 --PERMIT COMMENTS INDICATE A CHANGE IN THE BUILDING
 SQUARE FOOTAGE AND BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE HAS NOT
 CHANGES IN SUBMITTED PLANS. PLEASE PROVIDED UPDATED
 BUILDING FLOOR PLANS WITH TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE AND
 REVISED ELEVATIONS WITH BUILDING HEIGHT.
  
 --ALL MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT LOCATED ON THE ROOF MUST BE
 SCREENED FROM THE RIGHT-OF-WAY.

 APPROVED WAIVER OF MAXIMUM SIZE OF 73 FEET IN LENGTH ON
 CIVIL DRAWINGS.
  
 --PROVIDE CROSSWALK STRIPING ON ENTRY OFF BELVEDERE
 ROAD TO MATCH PERMIT PLANS.
  
 --ZONING APPROVAL FOR THE REQUESTED WAIVER FOR FENCE
 AMENDMENT SHALL NOT BE UNTIL AFTER APPROVAL OF MAJOR
 AMENDMENT ON 3-11-19.
  
 --LOCATE ALL GUYWIRE LOCATIONS ON THE SITE PLAN.
