 DEDICATED AS WORKFORCE AT 140% OF AMI FOR 15 YEARS. IT
 IS UNDERSTOOD THAT THE APPLICANT IS WORKING WITH
 HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TO PROVIDE DEDICATED
 WORKFORCE HOUSING AT 120% AMI.
  
 --PROVIDE UPDATED VERSION OF THE SCHOOL DISTRICT OF
 PALM BEACH COUNTY SCHOOL CAPACITY AVAILABILITY
 DETERMINATION FOR ADDITIONAL RESIDENTIAL UNITS BEFORE
 THE SCHEDULING OF PLANNING BOARD.
  
 -- COMMITMENT TO PROVIDE A CONTRIBUTION FOR BICYCLE AND

 ELEVATIONS. BUILDING, HEIGHT OF, MEANS THE VERTICAL
 DISTANCE FROM THE MEAN GRADE OF A LOT AT THE FRONTAGE
 OF THE BUILDING TO THE HIGHEST POINT OF THE TOP OF THE
 STRUCTURE OF A FLAT ROOF. PER SEC. 94-306 PARAPETS HAVE
 EXCEPTIONS TO THE HEIGHT LIMITS. THIS MAY EFFECT WAIVER

 STANDARDS, BUT UNIT B1 HAS A DEPTH MEASURED ON THE
