 SITE PLAN
 1. CONSIDER PROVIDING WIDER SIDEWALK WITH AT LEAST 8
 FEET WIDE ALONG WILKINS AVENUE.
 2. THE JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT INCLUDES A WAIVER
 REQUEST TO ALLOW FOR TWO ACCESS POINTS ON CLARE AVENUE,
 BUT THE SITE PLAN DOES NOT INCLUDE THIS WAIVER AND ONLY
 ONE ACCESS POINT ON CLARE AVENUE IS SHOWN. PLEASE
 CLARIFY AND REVISE.
 3. THE LOADING SPACE SHOULD BE A MINIMUM OF 10 FEET X
 25 FEET PER CITY CODE 94-485(P).
 4. SHIFT THE CROSSWALK AT WILKINS AVENUE/WORTHINGTON
 STREET SLIGHTLY TO THE NORTHEAST TO MINIMIZE THE
 PEDESTRIAN CROSSING DISTANCE.
 5. THE CROSSWALK ACROSS CLARE AVENUE AT BLANCHE STREET
 MAY BE REQUIRED TO BE SHIFTED TO THE WEST TO MINIMIZE
 THE PEDESTRIAN CROSSING DISTANCE WHEN POD B IS
 DEVELOPED.
 6. PROVIDE ADDITIONAL BACKUP AREA AT THE END OF THE
 DEAD-END PARKING AISLE ON THE GROUND FLOOR FOR BACKUP
 MANEUVER.
 7. INCREASE THE BUFFER AREA FOR PARKING SPACES AT BOTH
 ENDS OF THE PARKING AISLE TO ACCOMMODATE VEHICLE
 TURNING.
 8. PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION FOR USE OF PARKING RAMP SLOPE
 OF 6.6%. OUR DOWNTOWN CODE RESTRICTS THE SLOPE TO A
 MAXIMUM OF 6%. WE ARE CONCERNED ABOUT POTENTIAL
 OPERATIONAL ISSUES SUCH WITH A SLOPE STEEPER THAN 6%.
 TRAFFIC STUDY
 9. PROVIDE COUNTY TPS LETTER.
 10. THE INTERSECTION ANALYSES ARE SHOWING LOWER DELAYS
 FOR SOME MOVEMENTS THAN THE ANALYSES IN THE PREVIOUS
 APPROVAL WHILE INTERSECTION VOLUMES ARE SLIGHTLY
 HIGHER. PLEASE VERIFY THE ANALYSES PARAMETERS ARE THE
 SAME AS PREVIOUS ANALYSES INCLUDING CRITICAL AND
 FOLLOW-UP HEADWAY SETTINGS AND REVISE AS NEEDED.
 PARKING STUDY
 11. PLEASE ALSO INCLUDE UNBUNDLING SECOND PARKING SPACE
 FROM THE TWO-BEDROOM DWELLING UNITS LEASE AS ONE OF THE
 TDM MEASURES.
