 REVIEW COMMENTS WHICH WERE ISSUED PREVIOUSLY, AND HAVE
 NOT BEEN FULLY SATISFIED:
  
 2. [ PARTIALLY SATISFIED ] - AN APPROVAL LETTER SHALL
 BE PROVIDED FROM THE PALM BEACH COUNTY ENGINEERING
 DEPARTMENT - TRAFFIC DIVISION, INDICATING THAT THE
 PROPOSED EXPANSION COMPLIES WITH THE PALM BEACH COUNTY
 TRAFFIC PERFORMANCE STANDARDS. - THE 2/11/19
 RESUBMITTAL INCLUDED A TRAFFIC STATEMENT INDICATING
 THAT THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS WERE DIMINIMUS, THIS
 REPORT WAS SENT TO PALM BEACH COUNTY FOR THEIR RECORDS;
 WAS ANY RESPONSE RECEIVED? CITY STAFF WOULD LIKE TO
 HAVE A RESPONSE FROM PALM BEACH COUNTY INDICATING
 WHETHER OR NOT THEY CONCUR WITH THE TRAFFIC STATEMENT.
  
 9. [ PARTIALLY SATISFIED ] - THE PROPOSED STORAGE
 BUILDINGS DO NOT APPEAR TO MEET THE MINIMUM BUILDING
 SEPARATION REQUIREMENTS (25 FEET). PLEASE DIMENSION
 BETWEEN ALL EXISTING AND NEW BUILDINGS. - VARIANCE
 APPLICATION WAS RECEIVED ON 2/11/19 AND IS BEING
 PROCESSED. IF APPROVED BY THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
 (ZBA), THEN THIS COMMENT WILL BE REMOVED.
  
 10. [ NOT SATISFIED ] - THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE
 PROPOSED BUILDINGS ON THE SITE PLAN DOES NOT MATCH THAT
 WHICH IS CONTAINED IN THE JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT.
 ENSURE THAT ALL PLANS/DOCUMENTS ARE CONSISTENT AND
 ACCURATE. - THE JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT STILL DOESN'T
 APPEAR TO MATCH THE SITE PLAN.
  
 12. [ NOT SATISFIED ] - ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED FOR THE PHASE II STORAGE BUILDING. - IF NOT
 BEING PROVIDED PRIOR TO SITE PLAN APPROVAL, THIS
 COMMENT WILL BECOME A CONDITION OF APPROVAL.

 REVIEW COMMENTS WHICH ARE NEW:
  
 1. DISTANCES SHALL BE PROVIDED FROM BETWEEN ALL
 STRUCTURES TO SHOW THE BUILDING SEPARATIONS.
  
 2. THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION WAS MISSING FROM THE
 VARIANCE APPLICATION SUBMITTAL: A) ADDRESS LIST; B)
 ENVELOPES; AND C) LABELS.

 PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING WHEN RESUBMITTING:
  
 A) WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS MADE BY ALL
 DEPARTMENTS SHALL BE PROVIDED UPON RESUBMISSION.
  
 B) 6 SETS OF REVISED PLANS AND/OR DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED, ALONG WITH ONE (1) REDUCED COPY (11IN X
 17IN), AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS.
  
 C) PLEASE NOTE THAT RE-SUBMITTALS MAY BE SUBJECT TO
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 D) IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 E) PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE.
