 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. PURSUANT TO THE LEASE BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE
 SCIENCE MUSEUM, ALL IMPROVEMENTS SHALL BE APPROVED BY
 THE CITY COMMISSION.
  
 2. AN APPROVAL LETTER SHALL BE PROVIDED FROM THE PALM
 BEACH COUNTY ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT ? TRAFFIC DIVISION,
 INDICATING THAT THE PROPOSED EXPANSION COMPLIES WITH
 THE PALM BEACH COUNTY TRAFFIC PERFORMANCE STANDARDS.
  
 3. THE SURVEY PROVIDED IS NOT CURRENT OR ACCURATE; IT
 DOES NOT MATCH WHAT EXISTS ON THE PROPERTY.
  
 4. EXISTING FPL EASEMENTS SHALL BE ABANDONED/MODIFIED
 PRIOR TO PERMITTING.
  
 5. LETTERS SHALL BE PROVIDED FROM ALL UTILITY
 COMPANIES. PLEASE REFER TO THE CITY?S DEVELOPMENT
 APPLICATION.
  
 6. THE PROPOSED EXPANSION NEEDS TO BE ADDED TO THE
 PARKING CALCULATIONS IN THE DATA TABLE.
  
 7. THE PHASE II STORAGE BUILDING DOES NOT MEET THE
 MINIMUM SETBACK REQUIREMENTS.
  
 8. THE OPEN SPACE CALCULATION IN THE DATA TABLE APPEARS
 TO BE INCORRECT.
  
 9. THE PROPOSED STORAGE BUILDINGS DO NOT APPEAR TO MEET
 THE MINIMUM BUILDING SEPARATION REQUIREMENTS (25 FEET).
 PLEASE DIMENSION BETWEEN ALL EXISTING AND NEW
 BUILDINGS.
  
 10. THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE PROPOSED BUILDINGS ON THE
 SITE PLAN DOES NOT MATCH THAT WHICH IS CONTAINED IN THE
 JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT. ENSURE THAT ALL
 PLANS/DOCUMENTS ARE CONSISTENT AND ACCURATE.
  
 11. WHY IS THE EXISTING PARKING IN THE EMPLOYEE PARKING
 LOT DIMENSIONED AT ONLY 8 FEET WIDE? THIS IS A
 RELATIVELY NEW LOT (2013 +/-) AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN
 STRIPED AT 8.5 FEET IN WIDTH. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 12. ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR THE
 PHASE II STORAGE BUILDING.
  
 13. ON THE LANDSCAPE PLANS, THE LABEL FOR THE
 NORTHERN-MOST FPL EASEMENT IS POINTING TO THE WRONG
 LOCATION.

 PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING WHEN RESUBMITTING:
  
 A) WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS MADE BY ALL
 DEPARTMENTS SHALL BE PROVIDED UPON RESUBMISSION.
  
 B) 6 SETS OF REVISED PLANS AND/OR DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED, ALONG WITH ONE (1) REDUCED COPY (11IN X
 17IN), AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS.
  
 C) PLEASE NOTE THAT RE-SUBMITTALS MAY BE SUBJECT TO
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 D) IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 E) PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE.
