 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM
 THE DATE OF THE COMMENTS (BY APRIL 15, 2019), THE CASE
 SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION SHALL
 REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 ADDITIONAL RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF
 PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE
 SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED
 A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL
 APPLICATION FEE ($300).
  
 1) REVISED COMMENT: THANK YOU FOR USING THE PARKING
 OVERHANG. I WAS ENVISIONING A SAW TOOTH CONFIGURATION
 ALONG THE NORTH AND WEST PARKING ROWS FOR THE
 ADDITIONAL PERVIOUS AREA THAT THE SAW TOOTH PROVIDES
 (EAST SIDE HAS THE DRAINAGE SO I UNDERSTAND WHY SAW
 TOOTH WOULD BE IMPRACTICAL THERE). PLEASE CONSIDER THE
 SAW TOOTH CONFIGURATION.
  
 2) REVISED COMMENT: THANK YOU FOR CLARIFYING THE
 LOCATION OF THE PODOCARPUS HEDGE TO SCREEN THE MENU
 BOARDS. PLEASE PROVIDE THE HEIGHTS OF THE MENU BOARD
 AND THE PRE-MENU BOARD SO THAT STAFF CAN VERIFY THE
 PROVIDED MATERIAL PROVIDES SUFFICIENT SCREENING. ONLY
 THE SIDE VIEW OF THE MAIN BOARD WAS PROVIDED.
  
 3) STILL UNDER STAFF REVIEW: THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS REQUIRE THAT ALL UTILITIES IN A
 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT BE INSTALLED UNDERGROUND. THE
 SURVEY SHOWS THAT THE OVERHEAD ELECTRIC LINE
 PARALLELING CONGRESS AVENUE IS LOCATED WITHIN THE
 BOUNDARY OF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT; THEREFORE IT NEEDS
 TO BE BURIED UNDERGROUND AS PART OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF
