 COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THE PPRC MEETING (BY FEBRUARY 12,
 2019), THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY
 FURTHER ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT
 APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($300).
  
 1) ADD CASE NO. PB 891HH TO THE LINE ON THE MASTER
 PLAN.
  
 2) THE PEDESTRIAN WALKWAY TO CONGRESS AVENUE SHOULD
 TURN TO THE NORTH WITHIN THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER SINCE THE
 PEDESTRIAN CROSSING POINT FOR CONGRESS AVENUE IS THE
 LIGHT AT THE OUTLETS ENTRY DRIVE.
  
 3) PROVIDE A PARKING DETAIL FOR THE ANGLED PARKING
 SPACES. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE THREE PARKING SPACES AT
 THE END OF EACH PARKING ROW DOES NOT SCALE THE MINIMUM
 REQUIRED 18 FEET IN DEPTH.
  
 4) PLEASE CONSIDER HAVING THE FRONT OF THE PARKING
 SPACES BE OVERHUNG BY THE CARS AND NOT USE A WHEEL STOP
 AND A CURB.
  
 5) THE JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT REFERENCES A PODOCARPUS
 HEDGE TO SCREEN THE MENU BOARD. THERE IS NOT PODOCARPUS
 PROVIDED BY THE MENU BOARD.
  
 6) DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE.
  
 A. THE ENCLOSURE DOES NOT MEET CITY MINIMUM DEPTH OR
 WIDTH REQUIREMENTS FOR TWO CONTAINERS.
 B. THE ENCLOSURE DETAIL ON SHEET A-1 DOES NOT MATCH THE
 DIMENSIONS SHOWN ON C-400 AND FSP-3.2.
  
 7) WHY IS THERE NO LOADING SPACE PROVIDED ON THE PLANS?
  
 8) WHY CAN THE STORAGE BUILDING NOT BE BUILT AS PART OF
 THE MAIN BUILDING?
  
 9) IT SEEMS COUNTER INTUITIVE TO HAVE THE SEATING BE ON
 THE SIDE OF THE BUILDING THAT IS CIRCLED BY THE DRIVE
 THROUGH LANE. THE BACK OF HOUSE SHOULD HAVE THE DRIVE
 THROUGH LANES WRAP AROUND IT.
  
 10) THE PATIO AREA IS DIRECTLY ADJACENT TO THE DRIVE
 THROUGH LANE STACKING. CONSIDER INSTALLING A PLANTED
 BUFFER HERE.
  
 11) PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY THE EXAMPLE PHOTO ON SHEET A-01
 HAS MUCH MORE GLAZING THAN THE PROPOSED BUILDING.
  
 12) THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS REQUIRE
 THAT ALL UTILITES IN A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT BE INSTALLED
 UNDERGROUND. THE SURVEY SHOWS THAT THE OVERHEAD
 ELECTRIC LINE PARALLELING CONGRESS AVENUE IS LOCATED
 WITHIN THE BOUNDARY OF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT;
 THEREFORE IT NEEDS TO BE BURIED UNDERGROUND AS PART OF
 THE DEVELOPMENT OF PAD M.
