 NOTE ? THE RESUBMITTAL HAS CHANGED THE PREVIOUSLY
 SUBMITTED STORAGE BUILDING TO AN OFFICE BUILDING. A
 REVISED JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT WAS NOT INCLUDED WITH
 THE CURRENT PROPOSED USES. THE REVIEW IS PARTIAL AS A
 COMPLETE PACKAGE WAS NOT PROVIDED AND WE RESERVE THE
 RIGHT TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 TRAFFIC STUDY:
 1. PROVIDE TPS LETTER FROM PALM BEACH COUNTY
 2. PROVIDE MINOR AMENDMENT JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT.
 3. WHY IS INFORMATION ON REMODEL INCLUDED IN TRAFFIC
 STATEMENT IF THE REMODEL DID NOT VEST TRIPS? CONSIDER
 REMOVING INFORMATION ON REMODEL.
  
 SITE PLAN:
 1. THE PROPOSED PEDESTRIAN CIRCULATION FROM METRO
 CENTRE BLVD. TO THE PROPOSED 20,000 SQUARE FOOT OFFICE
 BUILDING IS VERY POOR. PEDESTRIANS HAVE TO TAKE AN
 INDIRECT ROUTE AROUND THE OTHER BUILDING TO ACCESS
 METRO CENTRE BLVD. PROVIDE A MORE DIRECT ROUTE. ONE
 OPTION IS TO CONVERT THE SEVEN AND FOUR 90 DEGREE
 PARKING SPACES ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF THE EXISTING
 BUILDING INTO PARALLEL PARKING. THIS CHANGE WOULD ALLOW
 SPACE FOR A SIDEWALK ALONG THE FRONT OF THE EXISTING
 NORTH BUILDING THAT WOULD CONNECT TO THE FRONT OF THE
 EXISTING BUILDING. THE SITE IS OVERPARKED.
 2. CONSIDER THE ADDITION OF PEDESTRIAN CONNECTIONS TO
 THE CRACKER BARREL AND TO 2410 METROCENTRE. PEDESTRIANS
 SHOULD HAVE A DIRECT ROUTE AND NOT HAVE TO WALK TO
 METRO CENTRE TO ACCESS THE ADJACENT PROPERTIES. DIRECT
 PEDESTRIAN CONNECTIONS WILL ENCOURAGE A PEDESTRIAN MODE
 SHIFT.
 3. EXISTING CURB CUT ON METROCENTRE BLVD. DOES NOT
 APPEAR TO MEET ADA STANDARDS. REVIEW CURB CUT AND IF
 NECESSARY UPGRADE TO MEET ADA STANDARDS.
