 OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. CONTACT MIKE COULING, BOARD OF

 3) STAFF SUPPORTS A RELOCATION AND REDESIGN OF THE
 PROPOSED STORAGE BUILDING TO INCREASE THE CIRCULATION
 AND FUNCTIONALITY OF THE OVERALL SITE
 4) PROVIDE NORTH, SOUTH, EAST, WEST ELEVATIONS FOR ALL
 PROPOSED STRUCTURES. PARTICULAR ATTENTION SHOULD BE
 GIVEN TO THE ELEVATION(S) VISIBLE FROM INTERSTATE 95.
 MEASURES SHOULD BE TAKEN TO BETTER BLEND THE
 ARCHITECTURE OF THE PROPOSED BUILDING WITH THE EXISTING
 BUILDING ON SITE AND PROVIDE FOR ABUNDANT ARCHITECTURAL
 FENESTRATION, PARTICULARLY ON PORTIONS OF THE BUILDING
 VISIBLE FROM INTERSTATE 95.
 5) STAFF SUPPORTS AN ELIMINATION OF A PORTION OF 60
 EXTRA PROPOSED PARKING SPACES IN FAVOR OF GREEN SPACE,
 LANDSCAPING, AMENITIES, SIDEWALKS, ETC.
 6) PROVIDE AN AUTOTURN ANALYSIS FOR SITE
 7) PROVIDE AN ACCESSIBLE PEDESTRIAN ROUTE FROM
 METROCENTRE BOULEVARD TO PROPOSED STORAGE BUILDING
 8) RELOCATE BIKE RACKS TO OFFICE BUILDING
 9) SITE SHOULD FUNCTION AS ONE UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT -
 PROVIDE CROSSWALKS/PEDESTRIAN CONNECTIONS FROM ALL
 PARKING BAYS, EXISTING AND PROPOSED BUILDINGS AND
 PERIMETER SIDEWALK CONNECTIONS
 10) REDUCE THE DEPTH OF PARKING SPACES BY INCLUDING A
 2-FOOT GRASS OVERHANG. THE CURB WOULD FUNCTION AS WHEEL
 STOPS. ALSO CONSIDER THE INCLUSION OF SMALL CAR SPACES
 TO REDUCE OVERALL IMPERVIOUS SURFACE AREA. UP TO 30% OF
 SPACES MAY BE DESIGNATED FOR SMALL CAR USE
 11) A TRAFFIC PERFORMANCE STANDARDS (TPS) REVIEW LETTER
 FROM THE PALM BEACH COUNTY TRAFFIC DIVISION, VERIFYING
 THAT THE PROJECT MEETS THE TPS STANDARDS OF THE COUNTY
 WILL BE REQUIRED
 12) PROVIDE CITY STANDARD DETAILS FOR PARKING STALLS,
 BIKE RACKS, DUMPSTER
 13) ALL PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS, INCLUDING NEW
 CONSTRUCTION, OR THE RENOVATION OR IMPROVEMENT OF AN
 EXISTING BUILDING, WHERE THE TOTAL CONSTRUCTION COSTS
 ARE EQUAL OR GREATER THAN $750,000 IS SUBJECT TO THE
 ART IN PUBLIC PLACES REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTER 78,
