 1.) EXISTING PILINGS ARE LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE MIDDLE
 ONE-THIRD OF THE LOT. THE PILINGS MUST EITHER BE
 REMOVED, OR ADDITIONAL WAIVER(S) MUST BE REQUESTED.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT THE APPLICANT WILL BE REQUIRED TO
 PROVIDE COMPELLING EVIDENCE AND JUSTIFICATION TO WHY
 THE PILINGS SHOULD REMAIN IF THE INTENT IS TO REQUEST
 ADDITIONAL WAIVER(S). [ZLDR S.94-313(A)(3)(H)]
  
 2.) THE PROPOSED DOCK PLAN ALSO SEEMS TO EXCEED THE
 NUMBER OF MOORING SLIPS ALLOWED BY ZLDR
 S.94-313(A)(3)(G), BASED ON THE LOCATION OF THE
 EXISTING PILINGS TO BE KEPT. PLEASE NOTE THAT A MAXIMUM
 OF TWO (2) MOORING SLIPS WOULD BE PERMITTED FOR THE
 DOCK (INCLUDES ANY PILINGS THAT WOULD ALLOW THE
 PROPERTY OWNER TO TIE/DOCK A BOAT AND VESSEL/PERSONAL
 WATERCRAFT LIFT(S).
  
 3.) ADD DIMENSION TO THE WIDEST SECTION OF THE PROPOSED
 DOCK STRUCTURE IN THE DOCK AND SEA WALL PLAN (SHEET 1
 OF 4). THE DIMENSION IS NECESSARY TO DEMONSTRATE
 COMPLIANCE WITH ZLDR S.94-313(A)(3)J.
  
 4.) ALL DIMENSIONS AND ILLUSTRATIONS PROVIDED IN THE
 PLAN SET SHALL BE CONSISTENT. THERE SEEMS TO BE
 DISCREPANCIES WITH THE ILLUSTRATIONS AND DIMENSIONS
 PROVIDED IN THE DOCK AND SEAWALL PLAN (SHEET 1 OF 4),
 THE TYPICAL DOCK PROFILE (SHEET 2 OF 4) AND THE TYPICAL
 8 - WIDE DOCK SECTION DETAIL (SHEET 3 OF 4). PLEASE
 CORRECT FOR CONSISTENCY.
  
 5.) THE FOLLOWING NOTES SHALL BE PROVIDED IN THE PLANS:
 A) A LADDER EXTENDING FROM THE DOCK SURFACE TO TWO FEET
 BELOW THE MEAN PROPERTY LINE WILL BE PROVIDED; B) THE
 DOCK SHALL HAVE WATER-RESISTANT REFLECTIVE NUMERALS
 CORRESPONDING TO THE STREET ADDRESS OF THE UPLAND
 PROPERTY AND SHALL BE VISIBLE FROM THE WATERWAY; C)
 ARTIFICIAL LIGHTING MAY BE INSTALLED ON THE DOCK FOR
 SECURITY OR SAFETY BUT SHALL NOT LIGHT SURROUNDING
 PROPERTIES. BLINKING OR INTERMITTENT LIGHTS ARE
 PROHIBITED.
  
 6.) IT WOULD BE HELPFUL TO PROVIDE AN ILLUSTRATION THAT
 SUPERIMPOSES THE PROPOSED DOCK IN AN AERIAL IMAGE TO
 DEMONSTRATE HOW THE PROPOSED NEW DOCK RELATES TO
 EXISTING DOCK STRUCTURES IN THE IMMEDIATE AREA.
  
 7.) LETTERS OF SUPPORT FOR THE PROPOSED DOCK FROM THE
 ADJACENT PROPERTY OWNERS IMMEDIATELY TO THE NORTH AND
 SOUTH ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED.
  
 8.) AN ADDRESS LIST AND A RADIUS MAP OF ALL PROPERTY
 OWNERS WITHIN 500 FEET OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY SHALL BE
 PROVIDED TO PLANNING STAFF. ALSO REQUIRED IS THE SIGNED
 AND NOTARIZED AFFIDAVIT ON PAGE 20 OF THE 2018
 DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
  
 INSTRUCTIONS FOR RESUBMITTAL:
  
 * PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN
 WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 * WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF
 FIFTEEN (15) PAPER COPIES, ONE (1) REDUCED COPY IN 8.5
 INCHES X 11 INCHES AND ONE (1) SET IN 11 INCHES X 17
 INCHES, AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE
 NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE RESUBMITTED PLANS MAY RESULT
 IN ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 * PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20 PERCENT OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE.
