 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. CORRECTIONS NEED TO BE MADE TO THE TREE DISPOSITION
 PLAN:
 ? SATISFIED. PROVIDE THE CURRENT CANOPY DIAMETER FOR
 EACH TREE
 ? NOT SATISFIED. SHOW CALCULATIONS FOR CANOPY SQUARE
 FOOTAGE BASED ON DIAMETER, 1:1 SAME CATEGORY IF UNDER
 20 FEET, ACTUAL AREA 20 FEET OR MORE.
 CORRECT FOR MAHOGANY, LIVE OAKS, SLASH PINES CATEGORY 1
 AT 300 SQ FT, PIGEON PLUM CATEGORY 2 AT 150 SQ FT,
 BISCHOFIA NO REQUIRED MITIGATION.
 ? PARTIALLY SATISFIED. CALCULATE ALL TREE CANOPY
 REMOVED, AND PROVIDE TOTAL MITIGATION REQUIRED.

 2. SATISFIED. SECTION 94-448(D)(3) REQUIRES ALL NATIVE
 TREES AND PALMS IN GOOD CONDITION MUST BE RELOCATED.
 PROVIDE THE CONDITION FOR EACH TREE IN A COLUMN ON THE
 TREE DISPOSITION LIST, AND DESCRIBE IF SPECIES CAN BE
 RELOCATED.
  
 3. SATISFIED. EXPLAIN THE REASON FOR SELECTION OF
 HIGHRISE LIVE OAKS, AS SPECIES LIVE OAKS PROVIDE MORE
 GENETIC DIVERSITY AND RESISTANCE TO INSECTS AND
 DISEASE.
  
 4. SATISFIED. PROVIDE A PLAN SHOWING THE PARKING
 LANDSCAPE AREAS COUNTED TOWARD COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION
 94-443(C)(3) AND (4) SHOWING ONLY THE AREAS WITHIN THE
 PARKING FIELD, AND THE TOTAL SHOWN TO MEET THE TOTALS
 OF BOTH SECTIONS ADDED TOGETHER.
  
 5. SATISFIED. PROVIDE A TREE IN THE NONCONFORMING
 TERMINAL ISLAND TO THE EAST OF THE RECONFIGURED ROW OF
 PARKING ADJACENT TO THE EXISTING BUILDING.
  
 6. SATISFIED. SHOW ALL PARKING SPACE ROW COUNTS ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 7. SATISFIED. PROVIDE A FLORIDA FRIENDLY LANDSCAPE
 CHART AND SHOW 50 REQUIRED POINTS PER SECTION

 8. SATISFIED. SHOW THE LOCATIONS OF WATER AND SEWER
 LINES ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN AND CORRECT CONFLICTS WITH
 TREES AND LANDSCAPING. RELOCATE UTILITY LOCATIONS OR
 EXPAND LANDSCAPE AREAS TO ACCOMMODATE REQUIRED
 LANDSCAPING.
 9. SATISFIED. SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-445 L.
 PLANT SPECIES. A MINIMUM OF 60 PERCENT OF PLANT
 MATERIAL ADDED SHALL BE FLORIDA NATIVE OR DROUGHT
 TOLERANT SPECIES SELECTED FROM THE CITY LIST OR THE
 LIST OF SPECIES IN THE MOST RECENT EDITION OF SOUTH
 FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT WATERWISE SOUTH
 FLORIDA LANDSCAPES.
  
 10. SATISFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE SCREENING FOR ALL ABOVE
 GROUND UTILITY VALVES AND BACKFLOW PREVENTERS.
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 3/5/19:
  
 11. LIVE OAK TO THE EAST AND SOUTH OF PROPOSED BUILDING
 IS TOO CLOSE TO EXISTING DRAINAGE LINE. MOVE AT LEAST
 15 FEET FROM LINE.
  
 12. PLEASE SUBMIT LANDSCAPE PLANS AND TREE MITIGATION
 PLAN TOGETHER, SIGNED AND SEALED BY LA.
 13. GUMBO LIMBO SHOULD BE ON RELOCATE LIST IF IN GOOD
 CONDITION.
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
