 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - THE COMMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED AND
 SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING DIVISION BY 5 PM ON FRIDAY,
 FEBRUARY 8, 2018, TO BE ELIGIBLE TO BE SCHEDULED FOR
 THE MARCH 19, 2019 PLANNING BOARD MEETING.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM
 THE DATE OF THESE COMMENTS (BY MARCH 23, 2019), THE
 CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION
 SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1) ONE
 ADDITIONAL RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF
 PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE
 SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED
 A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL
 APPLICATION FEE ($600).
  
 - PUBLIC HEARING NOTIFICATION SIGNAGE SHALL BE POSTED
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION
 94-39(I)(5) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS.
  
 GENERAL
  
 1) SHEET A10.1 LISTS THE CHILLER AS BEING 8 FEET IN
 HEIGHT. THE SCREEN WALL SHOWN ON SHEET A1.2 IS ONLY 7
 FEET 4 INCHES IN HEIGHT AND THE GATE SHOWN ON SHEET
 A10.1 IS ONLY 7 FEET IN HEIGHT. THE FULL HEIGHT OF THE
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT NEEDS TO BE SCREENED.
  
 2) THE SCALE SHOWN ON SHEETS C-5 AND C-7 ARE INCORRECT.
 THESE PLANS ARE DRAWN AT 1:30.
  
 PARKING
  
 3) THE TWO PARKING SPACES THAT WERE REMOVED SOUTH OF
 BUILDING #3 WERE NOT REMOVED FROM THE ?PROVIDED? LINE
 OF THE PARKING TABLE ON SHEET MP.1.
  
 4) THE TAG SHOWING THE NUMBER OF SPACES IN THE PARKING
 ROW IMMEDIATELY SOUTH OF BUILDING #3 INCORRECTLY SHOWS
 A "7" ON SHEET MP.5 INSTEAD OF THE PROVIDED SIX PARKING
 SPACES. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE OTHER PARKING BAYS IN THIS
 AREA NEED TO INCLUDE THE NUMBER OF PARKING SPACE TAGS.
  
 5) STAFF COMMENTED THAT HAVING WHEEL STOPS AND D CURBS
 IS REDUNDANT FOR PARKING SPACES AND RECOMMENDED USING
 JUST THE D CURB, WITH A TWO FOOT OVERHANG. THIS
 REQUIRES THAT THE D CURB BE INSTALLED SUCH THAT THE
 ENTRANCE TO THE PARKING SPACE TO THE FACE OF THE D CURB
 IS 16 FEET AND THEN THE TWO FOOT OVERHANG GIVES THE
 MINIMUM 18 FOOT DEPTH PARKING SPACE. IF YOU PUT 18 OR
 19 FEET OF PAVED PARKING STALL DEPTH, YOU MUST USE A
 WHEEL STOP, REGARDLESS OF THE CURB AS THE REQUIRED TWO
 FOOT OVERHANG IS NOT PROVIDED - THERE IS LANDSCAPE AND
 SIDEWALK AT THE END OF YOUR SPACES THAT MAY NOT BE
 OVERHUNG.
  
 6) A FEW OF THE DIMENSION TAGS ON SHEET MP.5 DO NOT
 ALIGN WITH WHAT THEY ARE DIMENSIONING.
