 - WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF ELEVEN
 (11) PAPER COPIES AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY IN .PNG FORMAT
 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - THE PPRC COMMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED AND
 SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING DIVISION BY 5 PM ON FRIDAY,
 NOVEMBER 30, 2018, TO BE ELIGIBLE TO BE SCHEDULED FOR
 THE JANUARY 15, 2019 PLANNING BOARD MEETING.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THE PPRC MEETING (BY JANUARY 14,
 2019), THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY
 FURTHER ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT
 APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($600).
  
 - PUBLIC HEARING NOTIFICATION SIGNAGE SHALL BE POSTED
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION
 94-39(I)(5) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS.
  
 GENERAL
  
 1) THERE IS A DISCREPANCY BETWEEN THE JUSTIFICATION
 STATEMENT/TRAFFIC STATEMENT AND THE PLANS. IS IT 200 OR
 208 BEDS?
  
 2) PLEASE CONSIDER INSTALLING SOLAR OR GREEN ROOF
 INSTALLATION ON THE ROOF OF THE PROPOSED DORMS.
  
 3) PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SCREEN
 WALL.
  
 PARKING
  
 4) THE PLANS INCLUDE A TAG FOR THE FUTURE LOCATION OF A
 PARKING STRUCTURE (#22). PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PARKING
 STRUCTURE MAY NOT BE BUILT ON THE 100 FOOT FPL
 EASEMENT, WHICH HAS MAJOR OVERHEAD POWER LINES. WAS THE
 #22 TAG SUPPOSED TO BE ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE FPL
 EASEMENT WHERE THERE IS ROOM TO CONSTRUCT A PARKING
 STRUCTURE?
  
 5) THE PARKING SPACE TAGS SOUTH OF BUILDING #3 AND EAST
 OF THE DORMS ARE CONFUSING AS THEY OVERLAP THE TWO
 AREAS. AS THIS WILL BE THE PLAN OF RECORD, JUST INCLUDE
 THE FINAL NUMBER OF SPACES IN THIS AREA - 26 (18
 SPACES/8 HC).
  
 6) PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE FLUSH HEADER CURBS AND THE
 DROP CURB (VALLEY GUTTER).
  
 7) THE PLANS SHOW A D CURB AT THE HEAD OF ALL THE
 PARKING SPACES. THE PARKING DETAIL SHOWS THE USE OF
 WHEEL STOPS. IT IS REDUNDANT TO USE BOTH. PLEASE
 CONSIDER PROVIDING A TWO FOOT OVERHANG OF THE D CURB TO
 PROVIDE MORE PERVIOUS AREA.
  
 BICYCLE PARKING
  
 8) PLEASE CONSIDER INSTALLING ADDITIONAL BICYCLE AT THE
 LOCATION OF THE DORMS. EIGHT BICYCLE RACKS FOR 208
 STUDENTS IS A VERY LOW NUMBER. ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE
 CONSIDER HAVING SOME OF THE BICYCLE RACKS UNDER COVER.
  
 9) UPDATE SHEET C-2 TO STATE THAT EIGHT BICYCLE PARKING
 SPACES ARE PROVIDED (4 RACKS X 2 SPACES) AND THE
 PARKING TABLE ON SHEET MP.1 (64 PROVIDED). IF
 ADDITIONAL SPACE ARE PROVIDED BASED ON COMMENT #8
 ABOVE, PLEASE UPDATE THE PLANS ACCORDINGLY.
  
 10) PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE BICYCLE RACK PAD ON
 THE SITE PLAN (SHEET C-2).
  
 SIDEWALKS
  
 11) WIDEN THE SIDEWALKS AROUND THE DORMS TO A UNIFORM
 EIGHT FEET IN WIDTH AS THIS WILL BE A HEAVY PEDESTRIAN
 USE AREA.
  
 12) PROVIDE A CONTINUOUS SIDEWALK ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF
 THE ENTRY DRIVE FROM THE DORMS TO THE SIDEWALK ADJACENT
 TO UNIVERSITY DRIVE (NORTH SIDE OF THE CANAL). THIS
 SIDEWALK CONNECTION WOULD BE AN ALMOST DIRECT ROUTE TO
 THE PEDESTRIAN ACCESS WAY TO THE VILLAGE COMMONS
 SHOPPING CENTER.
  
 DUMPSTER
  
 13) PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE GARBAGE ENCLOSURE ON
 THE PLANS. IT DOES NOT APPEAR TO CONFORM TO THE MINIMUM
 CITY STANDARDS.
  
 14) PROVIDE A DETAIL OF THE ENCLOSURE WALLS.
  
 15) PLEASE CONSIDER RECYCLING FACILITIES FOR THE DORMS.
