| | 1. THIS REVIEW IS A CURSORY REVIEW AS IT RELATES TO THE |

| | FLORIDA BUILDING CODE. THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS ARE TO BE |
| | ADDRESSED FOR THE BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION. |

| | 2. BUILDING LOCATION RELATIVE TO THE PROPERTY LINE AND |
| | OTHER STRUCTURES. THE EXPANSION OF THE CLUBHOUSE |
| | BUILDING WILL REDUCE THE SEPARATION DISTANCE BETWEEN |
| | THAT BUILDING AND THE EXISTING CART BARN. WHEN |
| | SUBMITTED FOR BUILDING PERMIT, COMPLIANCE WITH ALL |
| | BUILDING SEPARATION, PERCENTAGE OF OPENINGS AND OPENING |
