 JANUARY 21, 2020 REVIEW SUBMITTAL PACKAGE. THEY SHOULD
 NOT AFFECT THE SITE PLAN AND CAN BE ADDRESSED WITH
 WRITTEN RESPONSE. NOTE CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE TO THE
 ALLEY DRAINAGE SYSTEM (LONGER EXFILTRATION TRENCH,
 DIFFERENT SIZE STRUCTURES, REVISED INVERTS, ETC.) SINCE
 THE JANUARY 21, 2020 PLAN SET.
  
 1. CHECK SLOPES OF THE PROPOSED COURTYARD AREAS. FOR
 EXAMPLE, SOUTHEAST OF 638 7TH ST, THE CONTOURS APPEAR
 TO SHOW 8* SLOPE; SOUTHEAST OF 620 7TH ST, GREATER THAN
 5% SLOPE. IS THIS THE INTENT?
  
 2. IT APPEARS THE LOTS WILL MOSTLY DRAIN FROM SOUTH TO
 NORTH BETWEEN THE BUILDINGS. EXPLAIN HOW PEAK FLOW
 ATTENUATION FROM THE INCREASED IMPERVOUS AREA AND WATER
 QUALITY TREATMENT ARE BEING PROVIDED FOR THE STORMWATER
 RUNOFF FOR THESE LOTS.
