 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THESE COMMENTS (BY DECEMBER 22, 2018),
 THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER
 ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) UPON REVIEW OF THE REVISED PLANS WHICH INCLUDE THE
 EGRESS PATHWAY, STAFF NOTED THAT THE RETAINING WALL
 LOCATION IS SHOWN FURTHER FROM THE WEST PROPERTY LINE
 ON THE ARCHITECTURAL SITE PLAN AND THE LANDSCAPE PLAN
 THAN IT IS SHOWN ON THE CIVIL PLANS. WHICH RETAINING
 WALL LOCATION IS CORRECT? IF THE RETAINING WALL IS AS
 SHOWN ON THE CIVIL PLANS, PLEASE REVIEW THE LANDSCAPE
 PLANS TO SEE IF MORE OF THE DAHOON HOLLYS CAN REMAIN.
  
 2) REVISED COMMENT: THE PARKING TABLE INCLUDES ALL OF
 THE ARKONA COURT PARKING SPACES IN MEETING THE 183
 PARKING SPACE REQUIREMENT. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY TWO OF
 THE 13 ARKONA COURT PARKING SPACES MAY BE COUNTED AS
 REQUIRED PARKING. THE REMAINING 11 ON-STREET PARKING
 SPACES WERE PROVIDED AS PUBLIC PARKING AS PART OF THE
 ORIGINAL MODERN APPROVAL AS A WAIVER MITIGATION MEASURE
 AND MAY NOT BE USED TO MEET THE PARKING COUNT. PLEASE
 UPDATE THE PARKING NUMBERS ON SHEET A114 ACCORDINGLY.
  
 3) REVISED COMMENT: FIVE BICYCLE RACKS REQUIRE 14 FEET
 IN WIDTH. THE STORAGE ROOM IS ONLY 13 FEET 9 INCHES
 WIDE, SO UNFORTUNATELY YOU WILL NEED TO REMOVE A RACK.
