 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THE PPRC MEETING (BY OCTOBER 8, 2018),
 THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER
 ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) PLEASE VERIFY THE DIMENSIONS ON SECTION C-C ON SHEET
 C5.10. THE DIMENSIONS DO NOT SEEM TO ADD UP TO THE 34
 FOOT 10 INCH SETBACK SHOWN ON THE OTHER PLANS.
  
 2) SHOW THE WEST SIDE SETBACKS TO THE MECHANICAL ROOMS
 AND RAMP TO THE LOWER PARKING ON THE PLANS (SHEET C6.00
 DOES SHOW ONE OF THESE DIMENSIONS).
  
 3) SHEET A111 HAS A MISLABELED DIMENSION ON THE SOUTH
 SIDE OF THE BUILDING. THE 48 FOOT 9 INCH DIMENSION IS
 NOT THE PEDESTAL SETBACK. THE PEDESTAL IS THE BUILDING
 WALL AT GRADE, SHOWN ELSEWHERE MEETING THE 24 FOOT
 REQUIRED SETBACK. IS THIS SUPPOSED TO BE THE TOWER
 SETBACK?
  
 4) PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY SECTION B-B ON SHEET C5.10 SHOWS
 A 26 FOOT SETBACK AND THE SETBACK SHOWN ON SHEET C6.00
 IS 25.2 FEET. IT LOOKS LIKE THE BUILDING WALL AND THE
 PROPERTY LINES ARE PARALLEL.
  
 5) SHEET C6.00 AND SHEET A111 SHOW DIFFERENT FRONT
 SETBACK DIMENSIONS.
  
 BASEMENT LEVEL:
  
 6) LABEL SPACES 22, 49, 50 AND 51 AS COMPACT SPACES.
  
 7) WHERE POSSIBLE, YOU SHOULD MAKE THE COMPACT SPACES
 LONGER WHERE POSSIBLE (EX. SPACE # 22). THE 16 FOOT
 DEPTH IS A MINIMUM.
  
 8) MOVE SPACES 27 AND 28 FURTHER SOUTH TO GIVE SPACE 28
 MORE SPACE TO OPEN THE DOOR AGAINST THE WALL.
  
 9) MOVE SPACES 58, 59 AND 60 FURTHER WEST TO GIVE SPACE
 60 MORE SPACE TO OPEN THE DOOR AGAINST THE WALL.
  
 10) MOVE SPACES 61, 62 AND 63 FURTHER NORTH TO GIVE
 SPACE 61 MORE SPACE TO OPEN THE DOOR AGAINST THE WALL.
  
 11) MOVE SPACES 55, 56 AND 57 FURTHER NORTH TO GET THE
 FULL CODE REQUIRED 24 FOOT BACK UP.
  
 12) PROVIDE A BLOW UP, TO SCALE, OF SPACES 49, 50 AND
 51. SPACE 49 LOOKS AND TO ACCESS BASED ON THE COLUMN
 PLACEMENT AND SPACE 51 MAY IMPEDE ACCESS TO THE STORAGE
 AREA.
  
 13) ENSURE THAT THE COLUMN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DRIVE
 AISLE IS WELL MARKED TO PREVENT COLLISIONS.
  
 GROUND FLOOR LEVEL:
  
 14) THE TOTAL PARKING COUNT TABLE IS INCORRECT.
  
 A. STAFF ONLY COUNTS 195 PARKING SPACES PROVIDED. (182
 IN GARAGE PLUS 13 ON STREET)
 B. THERE ARE 30, NOT NINE (9), COMPACT PARKING SPACES -
 21 ON THE BASEMENT LEVEL PLUS NINE (9) ON THE GROUND
 FLOOR LEVEL.
 C. THERE ARE 13 ON-STREET PARKING SPACES PROVIDED.
  
 15) STAFF ONLY COUNTS 182 PARKING SPACES ON SITE - 80
 IN THE BASEMENT PLUS 97 ON THE GROUND FLOOR LEVEL PLUS
 FIVE (5) ON THE ENTRY COURT. ONE ADDITIONAL PARKING
 SPACE IS REQUIRED.
  
 16) SPACE 2 IS ONLY SHOWN AT 8 FOOT 4 INCHES WIDE. THE
 ADJACENT NOTE STATES THAT IT IS 8 FEET 6 INCHES WIDE.
 WHICH IS CORRECT?
  
 17) SPACES 4 AND 8 ARE NOT LABELED AS COMPACT ON THE
 PLAN.
  
 18) SPACES 8, 9 AND 10 DO NOT MEASURE TO BE THE MINIMUM
 COMPACT REQUIREMENT OF 8 FEET.
  
 19) THE POOL EQUIPMENT DOOR SWING INTO SPACE 57 WHICH
 IS NOT PERMITTED.
  
 20) PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS FOR SPACE 96.
  
 21) MOVE SPACES 48, 49 AND 50 FURTHER EAST TO GIVE
 SPACE 50 NOT ONLY ITS FULL REQUIRED WIDTH, BUT ALSO
 MORE SPACE TO OPEN THE DOOR AGAINST THE WALL.
  
 22) SHOW THE FULL DEPTH OF THE ADA SPACES AND THE WIDTH
 OF THE WALKWAY IN FRONT OF THEM. IT LOOKS LIKE THERE IS
 NOT SUFFICIENT WIDTH OF THE WALKWAY BETWEEN THE COLUMN
 AND THE PARKING SPACES.
  
 23) PROVIDE THE BICYCLE RACK PAD DIMENSIONS ON BOTH THE
 SITE PLAN AND THE DETAIL.
  
 24) PROVIDE A CUT SHEET SHOWING THE DIMENSIONS IN THE
 BICYCLE STORAGE ROOM, TO INCLUDE THE BICYCLE RACKS.
 NOTE: THE GRAPHIC REPRESENTATION OF THE BICYCLE RACKS
 DOES NOT LOOK LIKE A MODEL THAT WILL EFFECTIVELY HOLD A
 BICYCLE.
  
 25) SHEET A114 SHOWS THE NORTH SIDE SETBACK AT 34 FEET
 9.5 INCHES. THE CITY COMMISSION APPROVED A NORTHERN
 SETBACK MINIMUM OF 34 FEET 10 INCHES. THIS NEEDS TO BE
 CORRECTED. PLEASE NOTE THAT SHEET A115 INCLUDES A NOTE
 THAT THIS IS THE SETBACK FROM THE PREVIOUSLY APPROVED
 MINOR AMENDMENT, WHICH IS AN INCORRECT STATEMENT. THE
 NORTH SIDE SETBACK IS SHOWN ON MULTIPLE PLANS AND
 ELEVATIONS AS 34 FEET 10 INCHES. THE LESSER SETBACK IS
 SHOWN TO A BALCONY. BALCONIES ARE PERMITTED TO ENCROACH
 INTO THE NORTHERN SETBACK.
  
 LEVEL 2:
  
 26) PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE PARKING SPACES.
  
 27) PROVIDE VERIFICATION FROM THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
 DIVISION THAT THE ARRIVAL COURT PARKING DOES NOT
 REQUIRE AN ADA PARKING SPACE.
  
 28) WHY DO SHEETS A114 AND A115 HAVE DIFFERENT SOUTH
 SETBACK DIMENSIONS? NOTE THE EXTRA 2.5 INCHES SHOWN ON
 THE SOUTH SIDE OF SHEET A115 CAN BE REDUCED AND THE
 NORTH SETBACK WILL MET THE CITY COMMISSION APPROVED
 DIMENSION.
  
 29) SHEET A123 SHOWS ONLY A 34 FOOT 0.5 INCH NORTHERN
