 SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) THE CHANGE TO THE GRADING OF THE SITE REQUIRED A
 REVIEW BY THE CITY'S STORMWATER ENGINEER; THEREFORE,
 YOU WILL NEED TO SUBMIT AN ENGINEERING REVIEW FEE IN
 THE AMOUNT OF $212.
  
 2) PROVIDE FULL SIZED COPIES OF SHEET S-7 OF THE RECENT
 SURVEY THAT WAS COMPLETED FOR CITYPLACE.
  
 3) CLEARLY DELINEATE THE LIMITS OF WORK THAT ARE
 SUBJECT TO THIS APPLICATION ON THE HARDSCAPE PLANS.
 FIGURE 1 OF THE JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT AND THE
 HARDSCAPE PLANS DO NOT SHOW THE SAME LIMITS OF WORK.
  
 4) THE DIMENSIONS OF THE BICYCLE PARKING LOCATIONS MUST
 BE SHOWN ON THE HARDSCAPE PLAN. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE
 SOUTHERNMOST SET OF RACKS DO NOT APPEAR TO MEET THE
 CITY BICYCLE PARKING STANDARDS.
  
 5) THE BICYCLE RACK DETAIL ON SHEET L3.13 NEEDS TO SHOW
 THE SPECIFIC BICYCLE RACKS THAT ARE PROPOSED, INCLUDING
 THE EXACT NUMBER AND THE DIMENSIONS BASED ON THE NUMBER
 AND TYPE USED.
  
 6) PROVIDE DIMENSIONS OF THE PEDESTRIAN AREAS ON THE
 PLANS FROM THE FACE OF BUILDING TO THE SEAT WALLS ALONG
 ROSEMARY AND TO THE RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE ALONG HIBISCUS.
  
 7) PROVIDE CROSS SECTIONS OF THE PROPOSED CHANGES ALONG
 ROSEMARY AVENUE - ONE AT EACH END OF THE NEW LOWER
 WALK.
  
 8) ADD ELEVATION TAGS ON THE PLAZA AREAS.
  
 9) STAFF RECOMMENDS DESIGNING THE BENCHES WITH
 ANTI-SKATE BOARD FEATURES.
  
 10) THE PLANS SHOW THE REMOVAL OF THE EXISTING BICYCLE
 RACKS WITHIN THE HIBISCUS STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY ADJACENT
 TO PANERA. IF THESE WILL NOT BE IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY,
 THEY NEED TO BE SHOWN INSTALLED ON THE PLAZA OR ON THE
 LEASE PARCEL WHERE PANERA IS SITUATED. THESE BICYCLE
 PARKING SPACES WERE ORIGINALLY LOCATED ADJACENT TO THE
 HIMMEL THEATER.
  
 11) THE PLANS DO NOT CLEARLY DESIGNATE WHAT IS
 HAPPENING TO THE EXISTING STREET LIGHTS. ON SHEET L3.01
 IT APPEARS THAT THEY ARE BEING PUT INTO THE LANDSCAPE
 ISLANDS IN DIRECT CONFLICT WITH THE TREES. SHEET L3.12
 DOES NOT SHOW ANY LIGHTS AT ALL.
  
 12) SHEET L3.12 LABELS WHAT SHOULD BE THE LANDSCAPE
 AREA AROUND THE EXISTING TREES AS PAVERS. PLEASE
 EXPLAIN.
  
 13) COMMENT REQUIRING FURTHER VERIFICATION - STAFF IS
 RESEARCHING THE POSSIBLE REQUIREMENT FOR A PUBLIC
 SPEECH LOCATION THAT WAS REQUIRED ADJACENT TO THE
 HIMMEL THEATER WITH THE CITY ATTORNEY?S OFFICE.
