 1. SECTIONS A-A AND B-B ON SHEET C8.00 DO NOT MATCH THE
 WALL ELEVATION SHOWN ON SHEET L9.02. THIS NEEDS TO BE
 CORRECTLY SHOWN PRIOR TO SCHEDULING A HEARING BEFORE
 THE CITY COMMISSION. THE CONFIGURATION SHOWN ON SHEET
 C8.00 REQUIRES A FENCE HEIGHT WAIVER. PLEASE REMEMBER
 THAT ANY FENCES AND WALL (TO INCLUDE RETAINING WALLS)
 WITHIN THE REQUIRED SETBACKS MAY ONLY BE A MAXIMUM OF
 SIX (6) FEET IN HEIGHT FROM EXTERIOR GRADE. THIS HEIGHT
 REQUIREMENT APPLIES TO ALL FENCES AND WALLS WITHIN THE
 FIRST 21 FEET 10 INCHES FROM THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE
 (REQUESTED SETBACK).
  
 2. THE LANDSCAPE PLANS SHOW PROPOSED GUMBO LIMBO TREES
 WITHIN FOUR FEET OF THE EDGE OF THE EXFILTRATION
 TRENCH. INSUFFICIENT INFORMATION WAS PROVIDED ON HOW
 THE TREE ROOTS WILL BE PREVENTED FROM DAMAGING THE
 EXFILTRATION SYSTEM AND INTERFERE WITH THE CAPACITY AS
 STATED IN THE DRAINAGE CALCULATIONS. DETAIL ST-8 NEEDS
 TO BE UPDATED TO SHOW THE ROOT BARRIERS AND THE TREES,
 WITH ACCURATE DIMENSIONS. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE
 GUMBO LIMBO TREES ARE NOT ONLY THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER,
 BUT ALSO ARE BEING USED TO SHADE ACACIA ROAD. THIS
 COMMENT NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED PRIOR TO SCHEDULING FOR
