| | COURT AS A PEDESTRIAN WALKWAY AS PART OF THE INNOVATIVE |
| | PLANNING TO JUSTIFY THE WAIVER REQUESTS. THE |
| | INSTALLATION OF LARGE, UNSCREENED TRANSFORMER BOXES |
| | BLOCKING A SIGNIFICANT PORTION OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY IS |
| | NOT ACCEPTABLE. PLEASE NOTE THAT A REVIEW OF THE FPL |
