 - PROVIDE A TRAFFIC STUDY. PLEASE COORDINATE WITH CITY

 SITE PLAN AND OTHER COMMENTS:
 - CLARIFY IF THE SOUTHERN DRIVEWAY ON CURRIE CRESCENT
 ONE-WAY OUT. IF SO, CONSIDER MAKING IT A TWO-WAY
 DRIVEWAY.
 - CLARIFY IF THE CHURCH WOULD HAVE ENOUGH PARKING AFTER

 GROUND FLOOR (A1.01) IS LESS THE REQUIRED 24 FEET PER
 CITY CODE 94-485. PLEASE PROVIDE WIDER PARKING AISLE OR
 CONSIDER CONVERTING THESE 3 PARKING SPACES TO ANGLED
 PARKING. ALSO, THESE 3 PARKING SPACES ARE LABELED AS
 VALET PARKING ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN (L1.01), BUT NO
 VALET DROP-OFF AREAS ARE PROVIDED. PLEASE CLARIFY.
 - IN BASEMENT 2 (A0.B2), THE COLUMN AT THE END OF THE
 PARKING RAMP CREATES A TIGHT TURNING RADIUS FOR
 RIGHT-TURNING VEHICLES. CONSIDER PROVIDING A BUFFER OR
