 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM
 THE DATE OF THESE COMMENTS (BY SEPTEMBER 13, 2018), THE
 CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION
 SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 ADDITIONAL RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF
 PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE
 SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED
 A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL
 APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) REVISED COMMENT: THE SITE CURRENTLY HAS 15%
 PERVIOUS/LANDSCAPE AREA, WHICH IS THE MINIMUM,
 PERMITTED BY THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS. THE PROPOSED GENERATOR PAD WILL REDUCE
 THIS BELOW 15%; THEREFORE, IT IS NOT PERMITTED UNLESS
 AN EQUAL AMOUNT OF PERVIOUS/LANDSCAPE AREA IS REPLACED
 ELSEWHERE ON THE SITE. WHILE THE USE OF PERVIOUS
 PAVEMENT MEETS THE MINIMUM 15% PERVIOUS AREA
 REQUIREMENT, IT DOES NOT COUNT TOWARD MEETING THE
 MINIMUM 15% LANDSCAPE AREA. THE PROPOSED SITE HAS A
 LANDSCAPE AREA DEFICIENCY OF 424.25 SQUARE FEET. PLEASE
 NOTE THAT MEETING THE LANDSCAPE MINIMUM WILL HAVE THE
 SITE COMPLY WITH THE PERVIOUS MINIMUM AND THERE WOULD
 BE NO NEED TO REPLACE THE ASPHALT WITH PERVIOUS
