| | WILL REDUCE THIS BELOW 15%; THEREFORE, IT IS NOT |
| | PERMITTED UNLESS AN EQUAL AMOUNT OF PERVIOUS/LANDSCAPE |
| | AREA IS REPLACED ELSEWHERE ON THE SITE. ANOTHER |
| | SOLUTION IS TO PUT THE GENERATOR ON A CURRENTLY PAVED |
| | PORTION OF THE SITE. |

| | 6) PROVIDE DETAILS OF BOTH THE GENERATOR AND THE |
| | ENCLOSURE. THE ENCLOSURE HEIGHT MUST SCREEN THE FULL |
| | HEIGHT OF THE GENERATOR, TO INCLUDE ANY EXHAUST STACKS, |
| | FUEL TANKS ETC. |

| | 7) THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWS A HEDGE AROUND THE ENTIRE |
| | GENERATOR PAD. TYPICALLY, THERE NEEDS TO BE A GAP IN |
| | THE HEDGE TO PERMIT ACCESS TO THE GENERATOR FOR |
| | MAINTENANCE. PLEASE ADJUST THE PLAN TO CONFORM TO THE |
| | ACTUAL GENERATOR LAYOUT. |

| | 8) PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE A NUMBER OF TREES THAT |
| | ARE REQUIRED AND SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN THAT ARE |
| | MISSING FROM THE SITE. ALL THESE TREES MUST BE |
| | RE-INSTALLED. |
