 - WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF FOUR
 (4) PAPER COPIES AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY IN .PDF FORMAT
 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THESE COMMENTS/THE PPRC MEETING (BY
 AUGUST 6, 2018), THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED
 WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW
 DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) THIS APPLICATION REQUIRED AN ENGINEERING SERVICES
 REVIEW. PLEASE SUBMIT THE ENGINEERING SERVICES REVIEW
 FEE IN THE AMOUNT OF $424 TO THE PLANNING DIVISION WITH
 THE RESUBMITTAL.
  
 2) THE SITE PLAN IS A MARKUP OF THE PREVIOUSLY SIGNED
 AND SEALED PLAN BY DOUG SNYDER CREATED AND COPYWRITED
 BY FSMY ARCHITECTS. PROVIDE A LETTER FROM FSMY GRANTING
 PERMISSION TO WGI TO REPRODUCE AND CHANGE THE SITE
 PLAN.
  
 3) THE MODIFIED SITE PLAN THAT WAS SUBMITTED IS NOT THE
 AS BUILT CONDITION AS SHOWN ON THE CURRENT APPROVED DSI
 SITE PLAN OR BUILDING PERMIT PLAN. THE ACCURATE SITE
 PLAN IS REQUIRED.
  
 4) THE SITE, CIVIL AND LANDSCAPE PLANS (CURRENT OR
 PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED FOR SITE PLAN REVIEW OR BUILDING
 PERMIT REVIEW) DO NOT ACCURATELY SHOW THE LOCATION OF
 THE HARVEY BLOWERS, TO INCLUDE THE UNITS THEMSELVES,
 THE PAD THEY ARE LOCATED ON, OR THE SCREEN WALL AROUND
 THEM. THE CORRECT PLANS NEED TO BE SUBMITTED. NOTE: THE
 REQUIRED TREE IN THE SAME ISLAND NEEDS TO BE
 REINSTALLED AS SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 5) THE SITE CURRENTLY HAS 15% PERVIOUS/LANDSCAPE AREA,
 WHICH IS THE MINIMUM, PERMITTED BY THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS. THE PROPOSED GENERATOR PAD
 WILL REDUCE THIS BELOW 15%; THEREFORE, IT IS NOT
 PERMITTED UNLESS AN EQUAL AMOUNT OF PERVIOUS/LANDSCAPE
 AREA IS REPLACED ELSEWHERE ON THE SITE. ANOTHER
 SOLUTION IS TO PUT THE GENERATOR ON A CURRENTLY PAVED
 PORTION OF THE SITE.
  
 6) PROVIDE DETAILS OF BOTH THE GENERATOR AND THE
 ENCLOSURE. THE ENCLOSURE HEIGHT MUST SCREEN THE FULL
 HEIGHT OF THE GENERATOR, TO INCLUDE ANY EXHAUST STACKS,
 FUEL TANKS ETC.
  
 7) THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWS A HEDGE AROUND THE ENTIRE
 GENERATOR PAD. TYPICALLY, THERE NEEDS TO BE A GAP IN
 THE HEDGE TO PERMIT ACCESS TO THE GENERATOR FOR
 MAINTENANCE. PLEASE ADJUST THE PLAN TO CONFORM TO THE
 ACTUAL GENERATOR LAYOUT.
  
 8) PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE A NUMBER OF TREES THAT
 ARE REQUIRED AND SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN THAT ARE
 MISSING FROM THE SITE. ALL THESE TREES MUST BE
 RE-INSTALLED.
