 APPLICATION FOR ALLEY ABANDONMENT ONGOING.
 APPLICANT SHALL SUBMIT FOR REPLAT AND UNIFY PROPERTIES.
 PHOTOMETRICS AND STREET LIGHT DETAIL FOR STREET
 LIGHTING SHALL BE PROVIDED AT TIME OF PERMIT.
 APPLICANT SHALL SUBMIT SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT.
 A SEPARATE FENCE PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE
 PROPOSED METAL FENCE.
 ANY SIGNAGE SHALL REQUIRE SEPARATE PERMIT.
 ALL ABOVE GROUND UTILITIES, INCLUDING THE BACKFLOW
 PREVENTER SHALL BE LANDSCAPED.
 EXACT LOCATION OF BACKFLOW PREVENTER, TRANSFORMER, AND
 FDC SHALL BE REVIEWED IN THE FIELD DURING CONSTRUCTION
 WITH ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT, LANDSCAPE PLANNER, AND
 ZONING DEPARTMENT.
 THE SIDEWALK ALONG ROSEMARY AVENUE CROSS INTO THE
 PROPERTY LINE. AN EASEMENT WILL BE REQUIRED.
 APPLICANT SHALL MOVE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE OUT OF SIGHT
 TRIANGLE LINE. THIS MAY BE ACCOMPLISHED BY REMOVING
 TRAFFIC ISLAND AND SHIFTING PARKING SPACES AND
 ENCLOSURE TO THE NORTH.
