 1. V. NOEL WAS PROVIDED WITH A SIGNED AND SEALED
 BOUNDARY AND TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY. THE RELATIONSHIP
 BETWEEN THE NAVD 1988 AND NGVD 1929 VERTICAL DATUMS AT
 THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE LISTED ON THE SURVEY. [REPEAT

 2. SHOW FLOW AREAS FOR THE CROSS SECTION D AS SHOWN FOR

 TO EXISTING INLET AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF 8TH STREET

 HENRIETTA AVE AND EXISTING/PROPOSED TREES.

 13. HOW IS THIS PROJECT BEING COORDINATED WITH THE

 17. CORRECT THE LABELING AND DIMENSIONING OF THE
 HENRIETTA AVE RIGHT-OF-WAY ON SHEET A0.04. THE 50.0
 DIMENSION AT THE SOUTH END OF THE STREET IS SHOWN FROM
 BACK OF SIDEWALK TO BACK OF SIDEWALK. THE DIMENSION AT
 THE NORTH END OF THE STREET READS ?40.0 R.O.W. (WAS
 30.0 R.O.W.)? AND IS SHOWN FROM FRONT OF SIDEWALK TO
 FRONT OF SIDEWALK. RIGHT OF WAY LINES SHOULD MATCH THE
 BOUNDARY SURVEY.
