 1.) ANY CHANGES TO THE PLANS SHALL BE REFLECTED IN ALL
 PLANS FOR CONSISTENCY.
  
 SITE PLAN COMMENTS:
  
 1.) A LIGHT POLE FIXTURE, LOCATED ALONG THE EAST
 PROPERTY LINE, WAS MOVED OUT OF THE 2 FT. CURB OVERHANG
 AND BACK INTO THE 5 FT. SETBACK FROM THE PROPERTY LINE.
 PLEASE MOVE THE LIGHT POLE OUT OF THE 5 FT. SETBACK.
 THIS LIGHT POLE FIXTURE CAN BE LOCATED WITHIN THE 2 FT.
 CURB OVERHANG; HOWEVER, IT SHOULD NOT IMPEDE UPON A
 VEHICLE'S ABILITY TO PARK.
  
 2.) PER THE SURVEY, THERE IS AN EXISTING VAULT LOCATED
 AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE PROPERTY (BY THE
 PROPOSED EGRESS). PLEASE ILLUSTRATE THIS EXISTING VAULT
 IN THE SITE PLAN AND SPECIFY IF IT IS TO REMAIN OR BE
 REMOVED.
  
 SIGNAGE COMMENTS:
  
 1.) PROPOSED SIGNAGE ON THE ANGLED FACADE: SIGN SHALL
 BE THE AREA OF THE SMALLEST CIRCLE, TRIANGLE OR
 PARALLELOGRAM, WHICH CONTAINS ALL CONTENT, BACKGROUND,
 GRAPHICS AND STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS OF THE SIGN. THE SIGN
 AREA CALCULATIONS DO NOT SEEM TO INCLUDE THE GRAPHIC
 PORTION OF THE SIGN. PLEASE ILLUSTRATE AND REVISE
 CALCULATIONS. [NOTE: THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE SIGN AREA
