 (5) PAPER COPIES AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY IN .PDF FORMAT
 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THESE COMMENTS (BY OCTOBER 30, 2018),
 THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER
 ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 ADDITIONAL RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF
 PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE
 SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED
 A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL
 APPLICATION FEE ($300).
  
 1) THE PRESS BOX, THE PRESS BOX PAD AND THE STAIRS TO
 ACCESS THE PRESS BOX HAVE ALL CHANGED FROM THE PLANS
 APPROVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION (SEE THE PRESS BOX AND
 PRESS BOX FOUNDATION PERMITS). THESE CHANGES NEED TO BE
 REFLECTED ON THE AFFECTED PLANS AND REVISED AS PART OF
 THE MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT (SHEETS SP.1,
 RP.1, MP.1, MP.6, LP-1, LP-5)
  
 2) THE PERMIT FOR THE CECIL AVENUE AND THE PARKING LOT
 SHOWS AN ADDITIONAL LIGHT POLE (P103) AND A POLE IN A
 DIFFERENT LOCATION (P18) THAN THE PLANS APPROVED BY THE
 CITY COMMISSION. THESE CHANGES NEED TO BE REFLECTED ON
 THE AFFECTED PLANS AND REVISED AS PART OF THE MINOR
 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT (SHEETS SP.1, LP-1, LP-4)
  
 3) THE PLANS FOR THE NORTHERN PARKING LOT PASSED ALL
 REVIEWS AND AN APPROVAL LETTER WILL BE ISSUED FOR THIS
 PART OF THE CAMPUS. CONDITION OF APPROVAL: THE EXISTING
 SIDEWALK ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF UNIVERSITY DRIVE NEEDS TO
 EXTEND THE LENGTH OF THE PROPOSED PARKING LOTS (PHASE I
 AND II) AS THEY ARE CONSTRUCTED.
