 (11) PAPER COPIES AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY IN .PNG FORMAT
 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - THE PPRC COMMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED AND
 SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING DIVISION BY 5 PM ON FRIDAY,
 JUNE 29, 2018, TO BE ELIGIBLE TO BE SCHEDULED FOR THE
 AUGUST 21, 2018 PLANNING BOARD MEETING.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THE PPRC MEETING (BY AUGUST 13, 2018),
 THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER
 ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($600).
  
 - PUBLIC HEARING NOTIFICATION SIGNAGE SHALL BE POSTED
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION
 94-39(I)(5) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS.
  
 1) PLEASE CONSIDER PUTTING THE EDWARDS TRAILER OFFICE
 BUILDING CLOSER TO THE MAIN PORTION OF THE CAMPUS. THE
 PROPOSED ISOLATED LOCATION DOES NOT INTERACT WITH THE
 REST OF THE CAMPUS. EVEN SWITCHING THE MAINTENANCE
 BUILDING WITH THE EDWARDS TRAILER OFFICE BUILDING WOULD
 BRING THE OFFICE EMPLOYEES CLOSER TO THE MAIN CAMPUS
 ACTIVITIES.
  
 2) ON SHEET SP 1.A REMOVE THE DATA AND PARKING TABLES.
 THESE ARE INCLUDED ON SHEET L101 - THE MASTER PLAN.
  
 3) PLEASE CORRECT SHEET L101 AS FOLLOWS:
  
 A. THE PLAN SHOULD READ "PROPOSED TRAILER PLAN".
 B. THE PLAN AND THE TABLES NEED TO SHOW CONSISTENT
 NOMENCLATURE. THE PHASES ARE SHOWN AS 1 OR I AND 2, 11,
 OR II AND 3 OR III.
 C. THE "LANDSCAPE AREA" LINE IN THE MASTER SITE DATA
 TABLE NEEDS TO REMOVE THE LAKES FROM BEING COUNTED AS
 LANDSCAPE.
 D. THE PARKING CALCULATIONS TABLE NEEDS TO MOVE THE
 NUMBER OF SPACES FROM UNDER THE EMPLOYEE PARKING COLUMN
 TO THE MEDICAL & ADMIN OFFICE COLUMN. THE NUMBER OF
 SPACES NEEDS TO BE CALCULATED AT 1/300SF, WHICH REDUCES
 THE REQUIREMENTS TO 4 AND 11 PARKING SPACES. THESE NEED
 TO BE UPDATED IN EACH ROW AND COLUMN, AS APPROPRIATE.
 E. THE RESNICK TRAILER SF IS INCORRECTLY SHOWN ON THE
 BUILDING DATA TABLE - IT SHOULD BE 1,094.
  
 4) UNLESS THE BUILDING OFFICIAL DETERMINES OTHERWISE,
 THE ADA PARKING SPACE LOCATION FOR THE EDWARDS TRAILER
 OFFICE BUILDING IS REQUIRED TO BE THE CLOSEST PARKING
 SPACE TO THE RAMP ENTRANCE.
  
 5) UNLESS THE BUILDING OFFICIAL DETERMINES OTHERWISE,
 THE PARKING SPACES FOR THE RESNICK TRAILER OFFICE
 BUILDING NEED TO BE ADJUSTED SO THAT AN ADA PARKING
 SPACE IS CLOSEST TO THE BUILDING.
  
 6) THE PARKING STALL, BICYCLE RACK, AND TRANSFORMER
 DETAILS NEED TO BE INCLUDED (THIS COULD BE ON THE AREA
 WHERE THE DATA TABLES ARE REMOVED FROM SHEET SP1.A.
  
 7) PROVIDE THE LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR THE ENTIRE MORSELIFE
 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT SO THAT THIS MAJOR AMENDMENT WILL
 HAVE THE OVERALL LANDSCAPE PLAN IN ONE DOCUMENT.
  
 8) THERE ARE TWO TERMINAL PARKING ISLAND TREES REQUIRED
 SOUTH OF THE EDWARDS TRAILER OFFICE BUILDING.
  
 9) THERE IS A DOUBLE PARKING ROW WEST OF THE EDWARDS
 TRAILER OFFICE BUILDING WHICH NEEDS TO HAVE A CURBED
 TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLAND INSTALLED. THE ADJACENT
 SPACES ARE OVERSIZED AND CAN BE RESTRIPED TO PERMIT THE
 LANDSCAPE ISLAND.
  
 10) PLEASE CONSIDER THE REMOVAL OF THE TRAILER WHEELS
 AND TOW BARS AND INSTALLING THE TRAILERS ON A TRUE
 FOUNDATION.
  
 11) THE EDWARDS TRAILER OFFICE BUILDING NEEDS TO BE
 CONNECTED TO THE REMAINDER OF THE CAMPUS INTERNAL
 PEDESTRIAN NETWORK WITHOUT REQUIRING THAT THE
 PEDESTRIAN WALKS ALONG THE DRIVE AISLES.
  
 12) PLEASE CONSIDER INSTALLING A BICYCLE PARKING SPACE
 ADJACENT TO THE EDWARDS TRAILER OFFICE BUILDING.
  
 13) PROVIDE THE PLANS FOR THE RESNICK TRAILER OFFICE
 BUILDING.
  
 14) THERE IS A TREE, BY THE PACE PARKING AREA, SHOWN IN
 THE PARKING AISLE.
  
 15) THE PACE PARKING SPACES ARE TO BE DESIGNATED "PACE
 VAN PARKING ONLY". THE PACE VANS ARE TO BACK IN PARK IN
 THIS AREA ONLY AS IT WAS DESIGNED TO HANDLE THE VAN
 LENGTH AND NOT BLOCK THE DRIVE AISLES. THE LATEST
 GOOGLE EARTH VIEW SHOWS PACE VANS PARKED IN MULTIPLE
 OTHER LOCATION, TO INCLUDE ON THE GRASS, WHICH IS
 PROHIBITED BY CITY CODE.
  
 16) SETBACKS FROM INTERNAL PROPERTY LINES WAIVER AS
 PART OF THE RESOLUTION.
  
 17) STAFF HAS NOTED THAT MORSELIFE BOUGHT THE PROPERTY
 TO THE NORTH OF MORSELIFE. PLEASE CONSIDER AN INTERNAL
 VEHICULAR AND PEDESTRIAN CONNECTION BETWEEN THE PARCELS
 WHEN THE NORTHERN PARCEL IS DEVELOPED.
