 STAFF HAS REVIEWED THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS FOR THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION AND
 PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
  
 EDWARDS OFFICE TRAILER:
 1. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE FOR SECTION 94-443(E)(1) FOR
 PERIMETER LANDSCAPING OF THE BUILDING.
  
 2. THE OAK TREES SHOWN AS REMOVED AND REPLACED ON SITE
 MUST BE SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 3. TREES MUST BE PROVIDED IN ALL TERMINAL ISLANDS
 ADJACENT TO ROWS OF PARKING.
  
 4. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF ALL UTILITIES AND EASEMENTS
 ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN TO AVOID CONFLICTS BETWEEN
 LANDSCAPING AND WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE, LIGHTING AND
 FPL EQUIPMENT.
  
 5. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SUCH
 AS A/C COMPRESSORS, ETC.
  
 6. PLEASE PROVIDE SCREENING FOR ALL GROUND MOUNTED
 EQUIPMENT AND UTILITIES.
  
 7. PLEASE SHOW A REPLACEMENT OF THE BUFFER HEDGE ALONG
 THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE, AS IT IS ALL MISSING AFTER
 REMOVAL OF THE INVASIVE EXOTIC PLANTS. THIS IS
 IMPORTANT FOR SCREENING THE TRAILER FROM THE ADJACENT
 RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY. ZONING HAS REQUESTED A
 COMPREHENSIVE LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR THE SITE.
  
 RESNICK OFFICE TRAILER:
 1. TREES MUST BE PROVIDED IN ALL TERMINAL ISLANDS
