 EXPRESSLY APPROVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION AS PART OF
 THE ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE COMMERCIAL PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT. APPROVAL OF OUTDOOR STORAGE IN A
 COMMERCIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT SHALL INCLUDE
 MITIGATION MEASURES TO PROTECT ADJACENT PROPERTIES FROM
 THE IMPACTS OF THE OUTDOOR STORAGE.
  
 4. THE APPLICATION AS PRESENTED DOES NOT MEET
 PROVISIONS OUTLINED IN SEC. 94-207(13). PLEASE EXPLAIN
 HOW THE PROPOSAL MEETS A MINIMUM OF THREE OR MORE OF
 THE STANDARDS OUTLINED IN SEC. 94-207(13).
  
 5. DISTRIBUTE PARKING MORE CONVENIENTLY THROUGHOUT THE
 SITE TO ENABLE EASIER ACCESS TO STORAGE UNITS,
 PARTICULARLY NEAR PROPOSED STORAGE BUILDINGS (BUILDING
 E AND BUILDING D).
  
 6. ENHANCE PEDESTRIAN ACCESS/CIRCULATION THROUGHOUT THE
 SITE BY REDUCING OR OTHERWISE ELIMINATING DEAD END
 SIDEWALK SEGMENTS
  
 7. REMOVE LANDSCAPE WAIVER REQUEST #4 FROM WAIVER CHART
 (15% REQUIRED FOR CPD)
  
 8. ALL PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS, INCLUDING NEW
 CONSTRUCTION, OR THE RENOVATION OR IMPROVEMENT OF AN
 EXISTING BUILDING, WHERE THE TOTAL CONSTRUCTION COSTS
